Convenient, friendly staff, strategic location

I stayed there for 9 days. The room is convenient. The staff made my stay even more enjoyable, they were friendly, helpful and accommodative. My main consideration when choosing hotel is the gym which Best Western offers it! The breakfast was good as well! Love the coziness of lobby ambiance as well. Not to mention the location is strategic nearby the Train station and restaurants!

Modern, clean, comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom, very well equipped. Spacious underground parking lot with EV chargers. Excellent breakfast. Very good location.

A pleasant overnight stay

The breakfast was truly delicious, and the breakfast room was beautifully decorated. The hotel room was modern, impeccably clean, and highly functional. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. This enhances the flow while keeping it natural. Let me know if you’d like any further tweaks!

Great room -king- clean, bathroom/shower was amazing. Breakfast was very well done with many options and good service. Ate at a German restaurant a short distance away. Nice walk and safe.

The shower stall had one of those half glass wall and it always got the rest of the bathroom totally wet.

Great staff, all very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Effective air con and good soundproofing. Breakfast range and quality was great. The bar was very nice and the food was surprisingly good and decent value. Good location - only a few minutes away from the Hauptbahnhof.

Housekeeping staff knocked on door 1.5 hours before check-out time and waited about 3 seconds before entering room. The hot food heaters at breakfast made a loud high frequency noise that could be heard through the whole room - very annoying for young people!

Room was spacious. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of option, and the staff are very nice and helpful.

The carpet in my room may not have been vaccuumed throughly from the previous visitors.

Smart and convenient for the station.

Excellent breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and quiet. Pretty new hotel so facilities were very smart. Very convenient for train station.

Wifi quite unreliable. TV very temperamental. Shower floods bathroom and into the bedroom if you don't remove the drain cover. Due to location (office complex) not much character in the immediate surroundings. Odd to have two separate single duvets for a double bed, when travelling as couple!

Nice new hotel - and the Museum Wiesbaden with its Jugendstil collection is really worth to see!

Breakfast was great, room was clean and had a safe that was big enough for my 14 inch laptop. Also it was nice to have a water cooker for coffee in the room. And there was a big complimentary bottle of sparkling mineral water too!

Finding the entrance of the hotel was not easy, For your information, it is in the inner courtyard and cannot be seen from the street. If you walk from the train station with your luggage, the best way to enter is from the Gustav Stresemann Ring as there are no stairs to climb.

That they wouldn't let us eat our own food in the bar. We were going to buy drinks, but they wouldn't allow us to eat our take out food. We opted to call it a night instead. We would have spent a good amount of money in the bar that night.
