Great winter escape in style and comfort

Great winter escape. Extremely spacious design and nothing left to be desired. Roomy spa and great pool space. Food also continuously good throughout our week stay. Gluten free choices available which we needed. Cross country skiing right outside the door.

You need a car to get to alpine slopes.

Great location.

Breakfast was great. The room is very comfortable with a great mountain view. The setting in a green lushy mountail valley is extremely relaxing

Dinner - Really bad quality / price ratio. The cleaning ladies were quite unprofessional, coming in at 07:30 in the morning, without knocking the door, or withour refilling you with water when was finished. No towels at the swimming pool. Reception staff not welcoming at all.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit großartiger Lage und sehr gutem Service

Dieses Hotel bietet einen traumhaften Blick in die Berge und eine wirklich wunderschöne Golfanlage. Auch das Restaurant und das Frühstück waren von sehr guter Qualität und haben uns begeistert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche Personal, das den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer entsprach zwar nicht ganz meinem persönlichen Geschmack, war jedoch vollkommen in Ordnung und gepflegt. Einzig eine Klimaanlage hätte den Komfort noch deutlich verbessert. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel, das ich trotz kleiner Verbesserungspunkte gerne weiterempfehle.

Schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Spa und Personal enttäuschend.

Das Zimmer war groß und hell, bequemes Bett und das Badezimmer gut abgetrennt mit separater Tür zur Toilette. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich, auch ein Entsafter mit viel frischem Obst und Gemüse. Ladesäulen vorhanden.

Der Spa Bereich war leider absolut enttäuschend- wir sind regelmäßig in Wellness Hotels - der Ruhebereich gleicht eher einer Bahnhofshalle mit regem Durchgangsverkehr. Dementsprechend permanent Zugluft. Sehr enttäuschend und leider nicht erholsam. Inkompetentes Personal - wir wurden einem Tisch zugewiesen, daraufhin wurden wir von der Kellnerin angegangen, was wir in ihrem Bereich zu suchen hätten und daraufhin mit bösen Blicken gestraft. Das ging so weit, dass wir uns in einen anderen Bereich haben umsetzen lassen. Beim Check-in wurde uns ein Preis für das Upgrade auf Halbpension genannt- wir haben extra zweimal nachgefragt, ob sich der Preis auf das Zimmer pro Nacht oder pro Person pro Nacht bezieht. Zweimal wurde bestätigt, dass sich der Preis auf pro Zimmer pro Nacht bezieht. Beim Check-out war es dann doch plötzlich pro Person pro Nacht und damit aus unserer Sicht absolut nicht gerechtfertigt in Relation zur Qualität der Speisen.
