Perfect accommodation

Excellent breakfast, location, and free secured parking with very helpful and resourceful receptionist Walther. Strongly recommend! Will come back either for winter or summer holidays.

Amazing breakfast, very helpfull and kind staff.

Everything was great. Location is a few minutes walk from the lift. If you have little kids there a ski closet that you can rent at the lift.

Excellent traditional style hotel with everything we needed.

We loved our stay at Hotel Kaiservilla over Christmas. It’s not a new hotel but very comfortable with practical features like large rooms, a shared laundry available for guests, great heating (adjustable), plenty of places to dry clothes and gear, big towels and good beds. Excellent breakfast. Walter and his colleagues couldn’t have been more accommodating or friendly. Highly recommend!

Beautiful building and room, wood everywhere. It was very cozy and with a nice view on the mountains. Breakfast was excellent, a lot of options to choose from. Very nice little spa with sauna and relax room.

The breakfast selection and quality was exceptional, had a real artisan feel and the lady looking after things was very on the ball and approachable. The man at reception who was Dutch was very friendly and helpful to us. He even recommended where we could eat late and watch the champions league final which was appreciated.

Beautiful welcoming place to stay

Beautiful location, great for a walk into the centre for food and drinks. We only stayed one night but our room was excellent, we had amazing views from our balcony. We had such a warm welcome when we arrived and everyone was so helpful, it was such a lovely stay.

A Must Stay Place!

Wouter who takes care of the property and Lizzy (I think was her name) did a fantastic job of making our stay super comfortable and served a wonderful breakfast. We had hot eggs for breakfast and we were asked how we would like it. The room was huge and had so many windows.

Location. Greeting at the reception by Walter who showed us to our room. Very very friendly. Chatted about the area and history. Walter was exceptional. Wished more hotels received us like he did providing such personal service. Loved the beautiful setting. Breakfast was beyond our expectations. So many choices. Thank you

Wonderful stay - would visit again.

Spacious room and bathroom. Lovely views from all windows, either the church or the mountains. Extremely friendly reception and chef! Breakfast was great, generous with local treats, even though we were one of only 2 occupied rooms in the hotel as it was end of season.

The shower had no curtain, so a lot of water on the floor.

we have been arriving later afternoon after cycling over the grossglockner. weather was wet and cold. so we were super happy that they offered us immediatelly to heat up the saune. very friendly people. the building is old but clean with a very cool flair- room was big too. breakfast was awesome- notething missed!

Everything PERFECT!! We had the bday of our son (2 years), and they organized a chocolate cake, balloons, candle…. Was magic! Confortable beds, bathroom, a marvelous breakfast. So clean!!! Staff super super friendly.

Wonderful stay at a very comfortable and cosy property.

The family bedroom was very large, with an amazing view from the balcony towards Großklockner. The breakfast / dining room is beautiful with amazing decorative features. Walter, the host, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

we absolutely loved staying at Kaiservilla hotel. Staff was really, really friendly and helpful. Above all expectations. Breakfast was really good and rich. Anything you would want. Also the location is awesome, 5min walk to ski lift. We also loved the saunas and relaxing area. Would definitely recommend it to anybody! Can’t wait to come back.

Incredible views from a comfortable, clean and large room.

we wish we could have stayed longer but this was just a one night stop off during our road trip. very comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast, everything was spotlessly clean, would definitely stay again
