Disappointing service
- The owner gave me a lift from the bus stop when I came - Good location if you would like to visit the Hohe Tauern National Park
- They wanted to charge me 5 EUR more for paying for the dinner by card. - The dinner was very poor value for money. For 22 EUR, the "grill plate" included miniature pieces of meat and sausages, with a huge fried potato. At least the salad buffet was unlimited. - The property does not officially have 4 stars - far from it - but did not remove the 4 stars from its online and offline promotion materials. - The whole property has a cheap and run-down appearance to it. They should rather keep the offer palette simple (eg. do not strive to position themselves as a wellness resort with all bells and whistles), but strive for top quality in the few services they do offer. - Lighting in the room was poor for reading. - The staff serving the meals was not particularly welcoming. - After the first room cleaning the cleaning personnel took my shower gel.

Parking free on spot. Nature & tranquillity.
Restaurant provides no food other than the menu, bar was closed at 8.30 pm. Wellness very small. No covid measures in the dining room (crowded breakfast buffet, impossìble distancing, all tables wiped with same cloth without disinfectant).Bathrobe for rent only. Bathroom all plastic (cheap module built in the room).

Good bar service, and the set dinner was actually very good, although no a la carte to choose from. Breakfast very good.
We choose this place because of the spa and pool, but that area was to our surprise strictly nude dresscode, so not our cup of tea, so to speak!

Vieta nebloga.
Maistas tragiškas, omletas nevalgomas, pyragas nuo vakarienės stalo likučiai pateikti pusryčiams. Tą dieną dirbęs personalas ( administratorius registratūroje ir restorane dirbusi darbuotoja) žiauriai nemalonūs. Jautiesi kaltas , kad sutrukdei juos. Buvo pasiūlyta vakarienė už 25€ žmogui, kuri buvo tragiško skonio. Kitą rytą dirbusi jaunesnė darbuotoja jau buvo maloni ir jai jokių pretenzijų.

La piscine, la verdure autour et le personnel de l’hôtel sont au top. Pas de climatisation, donc nuit très chaude, et Dommage que la salle de bain soit plutôt une salle d’eau en plastique avec une cabine de douche minuscule. Loin d’un 4 étoiles !
Pas de climatisation dans la chambre, donc nuit très chaude . Un ascenseur mais qui n’allait pas jusqu’à notre chambre, il a fallut quand même monter un étage à pied avec des grosses valises. Dommage que la salle de bain soit plus une salle d’eau en plastique avec une cabine de douche minuscule. Loin d’un 4 étoiles !
