Good location, great service, very friendly stuff, nice and clean rooms, great food.

Maybe the bathroom equipment could be a little better (shampoo, shower gel), but this did not affect our fantastic impression.

The staff were great the food was very good although a toaster at breakfast would be good. The room was ok the bed was comfy

Our room was up two flights of stairs on the second floor carrying motorbike equipment was difficult Although it was ok for one night

We stayed here after driving the GlossGlockner Road and it was a lovely family run hotel. Nothing fancy but nice and clean and had a restaurant/bar where we ate dinner on arrival. There was plenty of free parking and the rooms were a good size. The breakfast in the morning was just lovely - the first breakfast on the 6 week trip that I did not have to prepare myself :-). This would be a lovely place to stay in winter and summer ! The staff were all very nice too. The only negative thing I could mention is that I sent a couple of questions through booking.com re the restaurant hours as there was nothing on their website, and I did not hear back from them. Unfortunately we ate before we got there but the people we travelled with had a wonderful pizza and a glass of red wine at an excellent price ! :-)

We enjoy globally. Good communication even in english. Restaurant proposal and quality are correct. Location close to Grossglockner. Good breakfast

Hotel is not responsible, but .... If you sleep window open, be aware that majority of Churchs in Austria are ringing the bell all the night (each quater !! )

A hotel with compromise

The location: the hotel is close to the beautiful Grossglockner National Park. The small village is nice. The hotel is very clean.

There is a church next to the hotel which is loud. There are bell tolls at every quarter all night long. Impossible to sleep - awful. The breakfast is below the average.

there was absolutely no ventilation in the room and it was baking. the cover consisted of winter quilt!!! another issue is you can pay by card for your room but cannot pay by card for your drinks or food resulting having to go to the cash point next door and being charged €3.50. Another thing my bed was broken with screw poking out !!!!

Amazing staff, really good breakfast, late check in was not a problem. It is surrounded by nature, the views from the placd are amazing.

The pillows should be replaced. We were woken up by the sound of waterpump going through our bedroom, also walls are without soundproof, you can hear your neighbors taking shower.
