A very nice Austrian hotel at a great location

Lovely staff, excellent location, great breakfast, nice bar, super ambiance, very nice spa.

Nothing really but if I have to nit-pick, a hot water pool or jacuzzi in the spa would be great and on the rare hot days, the rooms could use airconditioning.

What didn’t I like? Where do I start? -budget room for $ we paid was like a student hostel - cleaning staff taking smoke breaks outside our room - that was our view -weird halls and nooks and crannies to get anywhere and everywhere inside. Was like the movie The Shining. -found hair in my food At breakfast that was not my color -oh parking lol good luck was 200 meters down road in garage and good luck making 6 very tight turns to get out! -there looked like a much nicer hotel in valley below-go there

Unique think which was ok was lady at breakfast and breakfast

So location is very good direct 2 minutes from the gate to grossglocker alpine road, room was not so clean, bed very uncomfortable, that night wasnt very full but that gave us a room in the corner where the unique bar is so thx at 1:30 i was up. Head from shower wasnt possible to take to hand it was taped ( afraid from robbery???) i wanted to call to a reception cause when we get to the room electricity didnt worked but phone didnt worked also than after 10 min we founded some button to turn on the electricity. It wasnt clean also

We had a perfect skiing weekend in Heiligenblut and a very pleasant stay at the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast - perfect eggs, made on order by Frau Izabela! I also recommend to try dinner prepared by Chef Hansi and his staff - traditional, tasty, but with a nice twist! Very cozy hotel bar for apres ski. The hotel is just 50 steps from the main ski-lift. Excellent value for money!

Amazing views and perfect location

The hotel is in the best location possible right in the heart of Heiligenblut. It is very clean, very beautifully equipped and staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. The dinner in house was good, but not perfect as two of our dishes were quite a lot too salty. Staff in the restaurant were friendly though and it's a beautiful place to dine with amazing views over the valley. Breakfast was fantastic and we loved that; lots of delicious things to choose from, an egg chef to make whatever you can desire and also a really lovely selection of sweet and savoury delicacies - honestly do not skip it. The swimming pool has a panorama window and so does one of the saunas - fab!!! The entire wellness area is fantastic and we really enjoyed using the facilities. If they had been open longer we would have used them longer int he evening. Parking is in the local parking garage, but that is very close by and you can unload in front of the hotel and then go park up. It was included with the hotel price.

The dinner was a little too salted; otherwise everything was fab.

Absolutely amazing stay and a hotel. Great breakfast, facilities and really nice weekend we had here. Perfect mix of old and new, great views of nature from a hotel. Thinking of coming again here, we loved it!

Great place to stay along the Grossglockner road

Beautiful location along the Grossglockner road. Staff were exceptional. We have been traveling for a month and stayed at a dozen hotels. This one had the best breakfast by far. The dinner was excellent

Dining room preassigned seats leave little choice and not clear why some customers allocated window seats. we all pay for same rooms! staff should have better training to assist guest with options for walks/trips/excursions. simply giving a map (& guides in German) not sufficient.

Superb

Beautiful sauna, if you do not mind mixed and naked (we would personally prefer either separated naked just men or women or together but nor naked, with a stunning view. Very nice swimming pool and rest room. Beautiful restaurant. Stuff friendly and helpful. We did not like the room we got on our arrival and we asked to change it which the receptionist done with a smile and professionalism. That was a big plus.

The room could have been cleaner, we did not like finding other peoples hair on our pillow on our arrival.

The facilities and excellent location could not be better.

The only thing I could complain about was the food but I understand it because most guests were families with young children. 1 other restaurant just outside the hotel was great as not much to choose from in the small village.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, sehr gutes Essen

Tolles Hotel, super zentral gelegen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir hatten am Abreisetag den Pool für uns und konnten mit der Gästekarte gratis ins Haus der Steinböcke. Würde wieder dort übernachten.

Lage zentral, Fahrradraum verschließbar, sehr gutes Frühstück, Wellnessbereich...

Bad sehr klein, Einrichtung Schlafzimmer,Bad veraltet. Matratzen unbequem, Nur in der Dusche Spender mit Duschbad. Keine Seife,keine Lotion, keine Duschhaube etc....Gar nichts im Bad. Im **** Sterne Hotel normal Standard.

Auf Grund der falschen Abrechnung sehr enttäuschend

Beim Besuch der hauseigenen Bar wurden uns mehr Getränke in Rechnung gestellt, als wir tatsächlich getrunken hatten, obwohl wir die einzigen Gäste in der Bar waren. Auf spätere Reklamationen und Nachfragen wurde nicht reagiert. Das geht gar nicht! Auch bei spontanen Teilnahme an der Halbpension wurde uns mehr in Rechnung gestellt, wie vorher angekündigt. Die Rechnung wurde auch erst nach dem Bezahlvorgang ausgehändigt. Also aufpassen und unbedingt vor dem Bezahlen genau prüfen!

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren exzellent und der Service außergewöhnlich. Die Zimmer (Junior-Suiten) waren sehr groß. Die Lage des Hotels ist zum Skifahren optimal.

Die Luft im Zimmer war sehr trocken, was beim Schlafen etwas gestört hat.
