Great weekend in nice small place for a reasonable price, would be 10/10 if breakfast would be nicer

Stayed in deluxe suite for two days in September 2025

The location is great.beautiful mountain views.The deluxe suite is spacious with a good sized balcony.The breakfast was good.Check in was a simple process.Got the keys at the door.Good response from staff once message is sent.needed a few items.Got it the next day morning promptly.

I wish they would keep some waste bins in the rooms.There was only one in the washroom.Everything else was great.

Great location right under the High Alpine Road at Grossglockner. Facilities met our expectations and the pool and sauna were a nice plus. Breakfast was a classic buffet.

Das Frühstück hat gut gepasst! Man benötigt vorab etwas mehr Information darüber, dass es im Hotel keine belegte Rezeption mehr gibt! Daher ist es für Reisende, die das erste mal da sind, etwas schwierig, sich zu orientieren!

Enttäuschend. In ein Hotel von keyone gehe ich sicher nicht mehr.

Tolles Frühstück, sehr tolles Abendessen und toller supernetter und persönlicher Service im Restaurant und an der Bar. Ganz toller Wellnessbereich und allgemein sehr schöne neue Einrichtung im ganzen Haus.

Das personallose Management von keyone wirkt echt billig und passt echt nicht zu diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Supermühsame online Formulare ausfüllen für WebCheckin, Schlüsselsafe, keine Rezeption, um 18h keine Bademäntel/Badetücher mehr da für Wellness, nur eine Hotline die auch nicht helfen kann, wenn etwas fehlt oder die Sauna kalt ist. Wir hatten Zimmer 305, nur ein sehr schmales Zimmer mit schmalem Doppelbett, nur 1 große Zimmerbeleuchtung, beim Bett entweder Flutlicht oder ganz finster. Zimmer extrem laut, weil nur durch dünne Schiebetür vom Nebenzimmer getrennt. Eine Frechheit soetwas als vollwertiges Doppelzimmer zu verkaufen.

Badebereich mit Blick nach draußen. Frühstück reichhaltig. Brötchen Brot könnte noch etwas zulegen. Freundlicher Empfang und Personal Wünsche wurden schnell erfüllt. Z.B. Glutenfreie Speißen

Skibushaltestelle vor der Tür-Essen war sehr gut

Keyone ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im Hotel ist Rezeption vorhanden, Schlüssel gibt es aber trotzdem nur im Eingangsbereich über Schlüsselkasten. Ist verwirrend wenn man zu einer normalen Tageszeit anreist. Trennung des Restaurants vom Hotelbetrieb muss man auch mögen.

Dostaliśmy pokój łączony drzwiami. Niestety zero wyciszenia, obok była impreza i niestety prośby ucieszenia towarzystwa nie działały. Dopiero postraszenie policja dało rezultat. Takie pokoje powinny być tańsze.

Vederile din camera, pozitia hotelului.

Personalul total neprofesionist, la nici o cerere a oaspetilor nu a raspuns, wi fi nu a functionat absolut deloc intreg sejurul, a zis sa sunam noi la firma din Austria sa le transmitem ca nu functioneaza internetul, personal atat de neinstruit nu am intalnit in nici o parte din Tyrol uri, le recomand sa mearga la niste cursuri hoteliere in Tyrolul de sud, diferenta mare intre oameni !. Toata familia care lucra acolo se ocupa de bebelusii lor, de copii, ii tinea in brate, le dadea mancare, iar oaspetii erau pe ultimul loc. Camerele in timpul sejurului le-am achitat pe booking direct cu demipensiune, iar in una din seri cina nu a fost servita, pur si simplu ai ramas cu ochii in soare!!! Am contactat echipa bookong, a luat legatura cu hotelul, dar acestia nu au acceptat sa ramburseze banii pentru cele 4 cine platite. Am sunat la firma care gestioneaza hotelul, a zis ca ma va contacta un angajat sa discutam problema, dar fara raspuns. Nu recomand acesata parte de Tyrol din cauza atitudinii oamenilor!!! Aceeasi perceptie au avut-o si alti clienti cazati in aceeasi perioada, clienti din Italia, Germania. Nu a fost doar perceptia noastra fata de serviciile oferite sau de personal.

Schönes, gut gelegenes Hotel mit Defiziten im Bereich der Gastronomie.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in dem kleinen Ort, der Skibus hält direkt vor der Haustür und auch die Langlaufloipe ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft gerne weiter, z.B. beim Einchecken. Die Zimmer sind alle relativ neu renoviert und gemütlich.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen und wird durch eine Firma betrieben, die sich um die Hotelbetrieb kümmert, während die Familie, die das Hotel früher besessen hat, nur noch für das Frühstück und das Restaurant verantwortlich ist. Dadurch fehlt es an Abstimmung und manche Bereiche, z.B. die Lounge werden weniger aufmerksam betreut, obwohl alle sehr freundlich und bemüht sind. Während die Hotelzimmer neu renoviert und gemütlich sind, sind andere Bereiche, z.B. das Restaurant, in einer anderen Zeit stehen geblieben...

Hotel in Ordnung für Skifahrer mit gutem Preis aber leider nicht wirklich ein angenehmes Wellnesshotel

Die Lage und das Zimmer mit der Aussicht.

Kein Wasser, Tee oder Obst bei den Saunen. Kalter Pool. Normales Essen, keine Besonderheiten. Sauna nur zwischen 16 und 19 Uhr offen, lohnt sich also nicht nur fürs Wellness machen, was wir eig vor hatten. Eher unpersönlich mit Selbstbedienung.

Ruhige, schöne Bergwelt im Oktober

Tolle, neu renovierte Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Bach, ruhig mit Bachrauschen, gut zum Einschlafen. Ausser Saison, jetzt im Oktober, Zimmerpreis mit Frühstück wunderbar. Die Serviceangestellten waren sehr aufmerksam, informierten uns auch über die Strassenverhältnisse Grossglockner, wo man Schneeketten und Winterreifen brauchte, da es über Nacht geschneit hatte.

Alles prima, im Ort hatte das Café offen, wo man sehr gut essen kann. Die Saison beginnt erst wieder Anfang Dezember!

Ottima struttura ma sistema di pagamento non buono

La struttura è ottimamente mantenuta. La camera grande è xon una buona vista sui monti. Personale gentile, parcheggio adiacente alla struttura

Sistema di pagamento gestito dalla keyone. La società non ha potuto prelevare in anticipo la tariffa per un suo problema con la mia carta (altre strutture prenotate nello stesso viaggio hanno tranquillamente prelevato quanto dovuto). Si è attivato un incubo di comunicazioni di mancato pagamento anticipato, che è continuato anche dopo un bonifico istantaneo. In pratica sono arrivato in struttura senza saper se la stanza ci sarebbe stata ancora. In tutta questa avventura ho chiesto assistenza a booking due volte. La prima l'operatore ha sollecitato via mail Keyone per un secondo tentativo di prelievo. La seconda volta una operatrice mi ha risposto che lei nulla poteva perché era una transazione tra me e keyone. Alla fine arrivato in hotel la prenotazione era ancora attiva, quindi il bonifico istantaneo era riuscito nell'intento, ma nessuna comunicazione in tal senso mi era stata fatta. Quindi ritengo il sistema adottato non adeguato.

Das Appartment war außergewöhnlich, sogar mit eigener Sauna und Blick auf den Großglockner!

Über Booking.com wurde die Kreditkarte nicht belastet, obwohl das für den automatischen Checkin notwendig gewesen wäre. Es wäre ein eigener Raum fürs WC wichtiger als 2 Duschen.
