A A wonderful three day break in a glorious part of Austria

The breakfast buffet was extensive and the meal in the evening tastefully served. The view from the room was outstanding

We had such a super stay. The hotel is run in a very friendly yet professional manner.

How well we were looked after. The overall friendly atmosphere in the hotel. The meals (we had half-board). The downstairs spa.

Lovely place, look no further in the Grossglockner area

The staff was super kind and helpful, felt welcome from the very first moment. Great location - 300m from the ski lift - clean and cosy rooms with great view. Three choices for dinner menu and last but least the thermarium (sauna) is spectacular.

We loved our stay at this hotel.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed the half board dinner. The rooms were very clean. View from the balcony was beautiful.

Das Deluxe Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe, die Einrichtung war schön und der Ausblick vom Balkon toll.

Die Beleuchtung im Bad war für mich zu dunkel. Die Zimmerkarte hat bei der Ankunft nicht funktioniert und am 3. Tag nochmal, obwohl sie neu programmiert wurde. Das Essen war leider für mich sehr geschmacklos und ungewürzt, die Soßen haben wie Fertigsoßen geschmeckt und Speisen sahen aus wie in der Früh hergerichtet und dann in der Mikro aufgewärmt. Der Käse beim Frühstücksbuffet war auch seit Tagen in der Glocke und sah auch dementsprechend trocken aus, etc.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ausgezeichnete Lage. Sehr geräumiges Doppelzimmer, praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Konnte bei meinem Kurzaufenthalt kaum das vielfältige Angebot nutzen.

Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden.

Perfektes Hotel, sehr empfehlenswert

Vom Parkplatz vor dem Hotel über das Personal zum schönen Zimmer mit Balkon und der Aussicht bis zum Abendessen und Frühstück war alles sehr empfehlenswert.

Kregen een mooie kosteloze upgrade naar een deluxe modern gerenoveerde kamer. Van alle gemakken voorzien. (Kamer 103) Halfpension was lekker en gevarieerd.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Schön und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Moderne Sauna. Feines Essen. Danke für das sehr liebevoll zubereitete vegane Lunch-Pack!

Sauna-Regeln könnten etwas klarer an die Gäste kommuniziert werden. Es gab vollbekleidete Leute mit Strassenschuhen in der Sauna. Evtl. Sauna-Pantoffeln anbieten.

La colazione è stata preparata su richiesta per poter partire prima in bicicletta. La posizione della struttura è ottima per salire verso la Grossglockner Hochalpinstrasse.

La colazione dalle 8 è un po' tardi per uno sportivo; in ogni caso mi è stata preparata su richiesta ed era perfetta.
