Great location and very comfortable

This place is exceptional in terms of distance from main ski lift, beautiful view from the room (really liked it over the roofs towards the church), hospitality of owners and last not least - superb breakfast selection.

This is our 4th stay in this place, once again had a great stay. everything was perfect, very clean with daily cleaning. great host very friendly and helpful. kitchen is nice with new coffee machine, huge very good shower and nice infrared sauna. Hope to return once more soon (:

Good place near Grossglockner Strasse.

Good, clearn room. Not very spacious, but it was enough. The view over the town was nice. Parking available and very close to the Grossglockner strasse. They even thought of locks in the windows for kids safety - VERY appreciated, as hotels rarely think about kids at all. Breakfast was fine.

I'd say breakfast quality could be improved a bit, e.g. some berries were moldy, would be good to look for that. Otherwise, all good!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection of local products, homemade jams and fruits. The coffee is also very good. Best of all, the host is very friendly and unobtrusive. One of our best experiences so far. We recommend!

Memorable 2nights stay at the foot of Grasslockner

Splendid choice of breakfast. Options to choose from different varities specially for those who are health conscious. Parking facility just infront of the door. The house lies just at a stones through from the city centre and next to the cable car. Very convenient. A very nice/fantastic bathroom with a modern Sauna. Fantastic owner/staff, very helpful/coordial, easy going and knowledgable.

Location was great. They even let us use the tumbledryer because we were with motorcycles and was raining. Our apartment had sauna, the bathroom was very spacious.

Nice place for travellers who travel through Grosslockner

Location us right off the famous High Alpine Road. Grocery store, shops and restaurants is stone trow from the apartment. Plenty of parking reserved for guests. Room is in good size for three of us. Full equipped kitchenette, and refrigerator. Check-in, and communication with the owner was smooth. We got quick responses whenever we sent a message to him. We arrived around 6:30 pm. The owner lady had greeted us, handed the key, and showed us the apartment. Bathroom is spacious with separated toilet. In the big bathroom, there is an infrared sauna where we could relax after a long drive from Graz. Breakfast is simple, but everything is delish!

The queen bed with two separated single mattresses put together is not an ideal bed for a couple who want to snuggle while sleeping. Perhaps, this is a typical double bed in most of accommodations in Austria. We stayed only one night here. That is our big regret!

Peaceful and relaxing

The location and the view were amazing. The cleaning was done every day and the breakfast was exceptional. The owners were on site all day and were very kind and helpful. Even though the hotel was fully booked for most of our stay, it was very quiet and peaceful.

There should be insect nets at the bathroom windows, because there are lots of moths and mosquitoes in the evening. We carry an insect repelling device, so it was fine for us in the end.

Krásné místo pod GG

We were here for the second time. The guesthouse has a great location for bikers, right at the beginning of the GG Hochalpenstrasse. A GG ticket purchased from the owners is 3 Euros cheaper than at the toll gate. You just go down a few stairs and you are in the center with several shops. The owners are pleasant and easygoing and take very good care of their guests. We had a room with a small terrace overlooking the valley and the mountains. The breakfast did not disappoint us again, I don't hesitate to say that it was one of the best that we got during our travels, absolutely amazing fresh raspberries, blackberries........ we will definitely stop by again sometime next time.

Convenient location for high alpine road and for a short stay

The breakfast was better than expected; it included different types of muesli, yoghurt, fresh strawberries, bread, etc. The room was not new but it was suitable for our needs and it had a nice view to the mountains. We bought a cheaper ticket to the high alpine road (34e) from here. The location is convenient, if you plan to drive the high alpine road or wish to use the restaurans and shops in the village.

The tap in the kitchen was a bit broken (it was moving quite a lot). The rooms would benefit from an update.
