Peaceful

Great location looking towards the mountains,it has a fabulous natural swimming pool, garden area. The room was very clean & comfortable beds, breakfast has a large variety of food suitable for any taste. The young girl on reception was lovely & so friendly. I would recommend staying here.

Lienz in a nice town and Wildauers a fine place to stay

Excellent location and a fine view of the town and mountain

There was no breakfast although booked however, Wildauers very generously wrote us a letter apologising and enclosing a 50Euro note. Like most places, the room was too hot for a duvet and too cool for just the duvet cover with no alternatives

Overall we had a wonderful stay and definitely will be back.

Beautiful hotel, well taken care of, big room with an incredible view over the pool and towards the dolomites. The hotel even has a small fitness room and sauna/wellness area. The owners were incredibly nice and accommodating and you could telll that they paid attention to all the little details which made the experience special.

The view from the room and the natural pool - amazing!

Location was fantastic and the view from the room was incredible!

A little bit more of an introduction/understanding of the hotel. I think we were checked in by the restaurant team. Also the room windows and how to use them to get air during the night would have been helpful.

View from Wildauers Room over Lienz and dolomites was spectacular. Staff was great. Breakfast buffet wasn't huge, but with a tasty selection of prepared foods and nice outdoor seating.

Room was pretty dark at night with not a lot of lighting options.

The whole Wildauer's facility is beautiful. Breakfast and dinner were also delicious, both as it comes to quality and quantity. Hotel staff is ready to help you with anything you ask for. We had a room with magnificient view on Dolomites. In overall we had beautiful stay here, who chooses this hotel for holiday stay will not regret!

Très belle situation avec un bon service

Nous y avons séjourné du 6 au 7 juillet 2025. Très bonne situation de l'hôtel un peu difficile à trouver même avec un gps. Un superbe environnement. Parking. Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse dans le style nordique. Très bon accueil. Bonne literie. Douche à l'italienne avec WC séparé. Balcon avec une grande baie vitrée et vue sur la piscine naturelle et Lienz. La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de cette très belle piscine ! L'hôtel ne disposant pas d'un restaurant, nous avons dîné (très bien aussi) à l'hôtel Holunderhof accessible à pied par un petit chemin ... par beau temps. Petit-déjeuner excellent.

Schönes B&B mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht

Ein modern um- und angebauter Gutshof in traumhafter Lage mit Blick auf die Lienzer Dolomiten. Wir hatten ein DZ im Erdgeschoss mit einer Terasse mit direktem Blick auf die Berge. Wunderschön! Das DZ war modern, stilvoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Es gab einen 24/7 Automat für das nötigste, dass man eventuell zum Snacken und trinken benötigt. Außerdem konnte man sich Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser usw. für eigenes Essen/Trinken nehmen.

Die MitarbeiterInnen am Empfang und im Service waren recht wortkarg und der Service beim Frühstückbuffet war sehr zäh....es wurde nichts abgeräumt, auch nicht wenn man an einem "gebrauchten" Tisch gesessen hat. Durch ein starkes Gewitter und einen Blitzeinschlag gab es keinen Strom an einem Tag ab Abends 20.00 Uhr bis zum anderen Tag 14.00 Uhr im ganzen Hotel. Natürlich kann das Hotel nichts dafür - allerdings gab es weder Informationen, Kerzen/Taschenlampen oder irgendeine Notbeleuchtung. Das Frühstück an dem Morgen war dem entsprechend dürftig. Es gab nur heißes Wasser und auf die Nachfrage ob noch Kaffeepulver da wäre kam nur die Antwort: "Musst' halt Tee nehmen" (wenn man heißes Wasser hat, ist es ja auch ohne Probleme möglich Kaffee mit der Hand aufzubrühen...). Auch hier gab es keine nette Information über den aktuellen Stand. Mein Mann ist auf ein Schlafapnoegerät angewiesen und hatte durch den Stromausfall leider eine sehr schlechte Nacht. Es gab Stühle auf der Terrasse, die aber schon sehr abgenutzt und unansehnlich waren, so dass wir Handtücher über die Sitze legen mussten.

Schöner kurzer Aufenthalt

Es war eine ruhige Lage etwas bergauf zu gehen. Konnten die Sauna, aufgrund Mangel an Zeit nicht ausprobieren. Auch den Naturpool. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Wir waren zu Fuß unterwegs.

Für den kurzen Aufenthalt hat alles gepasst.
