The location. Everyone who attended us esp Margrett . She changed our room on request Room was comfortable with breathtaking views.
It was hot. There was a need if not AC then ceiling fans.

Good hotel. Easy parking, good breakfast, and a nice room with a great view.

Proximity to Lienz, room was a good size
Parking was a nightmare, no good for sports car. The ambience of the place was confusing, random bits of furniture, outside looked tired with run down garden and terrace. Not worthy of the price or rating on booking.com
