I would recommend and stay there again.

The location is just perfect, in the city center. Staff was very nice. The room was big and very clean, nice desk to work. Breakfast it was just amazing, with many options and fresh orange juice!!!

The showers in the sauna weren't working very well with the water temperature. But the sauna by itself it was good and always empty.

bicycle freiendly hotel in the centre of town. Nice stay.

Very kind and afficient service at the reception and at the floor. undreground parking with space for bicycle and outlets to recharge e-bikes. Spacious and clean room. Good breakfast.

Perfect for the touring biker

Secure parking for motorcycles in hotel garage was a huge bonus for us. The reception staff were very helpful too and breakfast had lots of choice.

Noisy location

Free parking on the street at the weekend. It's an extra 15 euros if you go on the hotels underground car park. Check-in was easy with English spoken. The room was very large and clean. The breakfast was good. The location was good for us as a stop over on the way elsewhere. The town was pleasant but got rowdy later in.

There was no AC or a fan. No kettle or tea and coffee, but worst was the noise from town and the area outside. This went on until past 3am and then the road sweepers at 7am, on a Sunday! We had a terrible night sleep.

No air conditioning. The response of the lady at reception when I requested an electric kettle and tea-making set. It was made clear that this request was unusual and an imposition. Actually the information in the room says that tea or coffee making equipment can be requested. The equipment was provided, and it was fine.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, and Lienz was a surprise, as it was just a stopover.

The hotel is centrally-located, which is good for train-travelers but can mean noise at night- and we stayed during a heatwave so we wanted open doors etc.
