Loved the skylight—watch your head!

Easy to find and park. Large room with skylight. At breakfast, they make the coffee and the cappuccino is good.

Lovely place to stay, would recommend!

Very spacious, modern rooms. Staff very helpful and polite, and parking close by. The restaurant served great food, I’d definitely recommend eating there if you are staying. Handy location to lots of local activities, and breakfast had a very good choice of options, and a special section catering for gluten free diets.

Lack of air con (we stayed during a heat wave!) was the only thing we would have liked during our stay.

Ample and free car park provided by the hotel. Rooms were ready ahead of our arrival - clean rooms, comfy beds. Pleasant check in-check out experience. Very hospitable staff.

Very comfortable hotel with a lovely sauna, good breakfast and excellent location.

Really enjoyed the sauna, breakfast out in the courtyard garden and the location. It was quiet and just a very short walk over the bridge (over the lovely river) into the old town of Lienz.

The receptionist on arrival was very matter-of-fact but could have been friendlier.

Exceptional

check-in outside of the reception hours was easy and well explained - the breakfast buffet is amazing - they have their proper parking lot - it is conveniently located, quiet and still just around the corner from Old Town - Personnel is very attentive and nice - Room was big - the spa area with Sauna and steam bath is a nice place to relax after an active day

Nothing to mention, all was close to perfect. If you want to improve the experience I would suggest facilitating water boilers in the room and maybe a fridge.

Beautiful hotel in the city centre, very close to ski slopes.

Great location in city centre. Skiing starting point 5 minutes away. Great breakfast! Sauna room is amazing. Perfect relaxing time after full day of skiing. Bed very comfortable. Rooms are very clean including bathroom.

Coffee in the hotel could be better. Also room had twin bed instead of king size.

Easy to find, plenty of free parking and right next to river and historic city area. Staff in hotel and restaurant were helpful and friendly. Fun evening when a band showed up and played in the reception and restaurant areas ... some type of pre marriage event.

eines der BESTEN und freundlichsten Restaurants das ich je besucht hatte. LEIDER war ich ziemlich verkühlt. Nächstes Jahr bin ich wieder am 01.01.2027 dort GANZ SICHER....

무엇 하나 불편한 점 없이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 아침식사도 훌륭했고, 비건과 락토프리 코너도 따로 있어요. 비용을 너무 조금 지불했다는 생각을 할 정도^^ 1층 레스토랑에서 먹은 슈니첼과 Gösser 맥주도 훌륭했답니다.

Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Zentrale Lage, direkt bei der Altstadt. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Nach 23 Uhr gibt es keinen Zugang mehr zum Lift und man muss die Stockwerke zu Fuß durch das Treppenhaus erreichen.
