Nice boutique appartment in the absolute Center

Very well located boutique type accommodation in Lienz close to the Italian border. Very helpful and responsive staff, easy to get in , well instructed , easy to do the check in and out.

The bed wasn’t the best , two single beds pushed together , and one side was well below the other , so it wasn’t the most comfortable to sleep together with my wife , 10cm below my side

Expensive room but a great location in a beautiful town.

Expensive and not great value. Bathroom was very modern but the bed room and remaining areas were dated. Only a fridge and a kettle. A toaster and some other facilities would be an advantage. Breakfast was offered but at a high price. Check-in was swift. But unfortunately the owner left a bad impression when I wanted to purchase a magnet in his shop and would not accept card payment as the amount too small. (We live in a modern world) and for this reason I will not recommend your property.

No cooking facilities in your “apartment” with dated furniture. Rude shop owner.

Too high price for this stay

The location was very convenient, right in the city center, and it was easy to get there.

The room was cold on arrival and only warmed up during the night, which was uncomfortable for a one-night stay. Although the owners can speak English, they chose not to, and their communication was distant, almost unfriendly. They seemed mainly focused on whether we would pay for breakfast and parking. They also run a souvenir shop with surprisingly high prices — even a small fridge magnet was more expensive than in other European cities, and they didn’t even bother to wrap it. The overall impression was that they care more about making money than about guest comfort or experience. I wouldn’t stay here again. For the price we paid, you could get accommodation with breakfast in a 4-star hotel in a nearby town.

The room faces over the main parking lot, so was quite noisy with traffic & people at all hours. Bed was two mattresses pushed together - both really soft/poor. Better cleaning needed for the main room - especially the rug and kitchen cupboard (bathroom good).

We were greeted warmly and shown our apartments. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had what we needed. shower was great as well. Perfect location in town by train station which we needed. wished we could have stayed the extra day but no spot on the train for our bikes. thanks for the garage option to store our bikes a that worked well.

Perfect location in the cutest town

fantastic location in the cutest town. the hosts were lovely. the place was clean, well stocked with everything we needed including, coffee, shampoo, soap etc. it even had a dishwasher which was a much appreciated luxury. super close to the train station. we stayed in apartment Dina which had a view over the main piazza.

The location is just perfect in the city center. Lots of restaurants and shops around. But also easy to get up to the ski area and other activities. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. Lots of windows and light. We were very happy with our stay here. It’s not like staying at a hotel. These are private rooms above an existing business.

We had stayed here before five years ago so we knew what to expect and it was perfect for us.

A winter visit to Lienz with excellent accommodation - a real holiday.

Located in central Lienz, the property was very handy for railway and bus stations, shops, restaurants and cafes. The property was well appointed, with modern decor, clean and comfortable. The owners were very helpful answering all my questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and would be happy to return to Dina Mariner when returning to Lienz

Great stay for mountain lovers.

The location was very good, right at the center of the city. We had access to food and shopping. The owners of the hotel were just great - they provided us with everything we needed and tried to walk the extra mile to make us happy. If you plan to get access to skiing, you will probably need a car to get there.

The hotel is located right in the center of Lienz, very convenient to everything. The room was spacious and clean with a small window that we could electronically open and close, but couldn't see out of. We could however, hear the noise form the main square below.

On the way to Großglockner

Very friendly staff and room was excellent, just renovated and spacious. Location is prime at city centre with all cafes and restaurants close proximity.

Some heavy partying could be heard from the adjacent hotel balcony but this is no means fault of this place..
