only problem was uncomfortable beds and we got a room next to the food corner so there were some loud guests using it very late in the night which woke us up

Fantastic cheap accommodation with incredibly friendly staff - Would recommend!

Hostel staff were nice and friendly! Provided me a refund for missing breakfast. Room was fantastic - had a blow dryer which was handy to dry shoes soaked from hiking - Bed was incredibly comfy. Fantastic view from bedroom too (see picture)

Very pleasant Hotel in a lovely small town. I love Tyrol

A very good Hotel, close to the city center, train station, bike rental. A few minutes walk to the Dolomitenbad. Clean modern room. Wi-fi is perfect. The bathroom is large, modern, clean. The breakfast selection is good. Maybe what I missed was the liver pate. The coffee machine is perfect. The staff is very nice. The whole hotel is cozy, modern and friendly. Beautiful view from the dining room.

The room (not the apartment) could be bigger and a small fridge is missing. What can be a bit annoying is that the balcony of any room is accessible through the fire escape, because it is not private.

Very convenient and only a few minutes walk from the central pedestrian shopping district. Also dog-friendly and about a 10 minute walk from a riverside park.

Központi elhelyezkedés, saját parkoló (bár fizetni kellett érte), minden kényelmi elem adott volt. A reggeli rendben volt (bár én hiányoltam, hogy nem lehetett 3 perces tojást kérni, az a kedvencem)

A szobát nem takarították napi szinten, ez leginkább a fürdőszobában hiányzott. Összességében kicsit drágának találom, az extrákért külön kell fizetni (pl. parkolás, szauna).

in der zweiten Wochenhälfte ist es etwas laut geworden (Kinder, Hunde?); die Studios werden bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche nicht gereinigt (man müsste extra bei der Rezeption anfragen)

Modernes und unkonventionelles Hotel

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße , ist aber gut gegen den Straßenlärm abgeschirmt. Man ist in 2 Minuten in der Innenstadt von Lienz und in 7 Minuten zu Fuß am Bahnhof. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und unkonventionell. Die Bar im Obergeschoß ist gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In der Küche ist für kleine Kochgänge alles vorhanden.

Die Matratzen sind etwas hart. Im Zimmer gab es eine Verbindungstüre ( verschlossen ) zum Nachbarzimmer , die jedes Geräusch vom Nachbarn und umgekehrt durchließ. Das war etwas ungünstig.

Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen, von Lage, durch Ausstattung, usw. Das aller Beste war das Frühstück, eines von den besten Hotelfrühstückst überhaupt.

Beim buchen war nicht klar definiert was im Preis inklusive ist, so dass wir den ursprünglichen Preis fast aufs doppelte überbezahlt haben. Parkplatz, Frühstück, Sauna, .... alles muss man extra zahlen, also aufpassen beim tollen Preisangebot.

Das erste Zimmer hat sehr nach Hund gerochen, doch nachdem wir das angemerkt haben, haben wir rasch ein neues Zimmer erhalten. Vielleicht wäre es gut , wenn ein Teil der Zimmer für Gäste mit Hund und der andere Teil der Zimmer für Gäste ohne Hund.

Für eine Nacht ganz gut, das nächste Mal würde ich wegen der Zimmeröse vorab nachhaken. Das hat natürlich mit dem ganzen

Alles in allem war es gut und ein leckeres Frühstück. Die Garage im Erdgeschoss war für mich als Motorradfahrer praktisch.

Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß. Typisch für Alleinreisende. Der Versuch, ein größeres Zimmer zu bekommen, scheiterte. Da das Hotel es nicht schaffte, nach 2 Stunden des Wartens, ein neues Zimmer bereitzustellen. Ich bin dann in das kleine Zimmer gegangen und für eine Nacht war es okay.

Gutes, sauberes Hotel, das leider nicht alles hält, was es verspricht- insofern überteuert

sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen. Sehr saubere geräumige Zimmer. Tolles blitzblankes Badezimmer mit super Dusche/Badewanne. Großer Balkon. Man kann Wäsche waschen. Hotelbar hat tollen Blick auf die Berge! Lage gut: Bus zum Wandern vor der Tür, Spar über die Straße, Altstadt ums Eck.

Vieles musste man nachfragen, zb ausreichend Besteck bekommen, dass der Müllsack nach 3 Tagen gewechselt wird.. die Mitarbeiter:innen waren aber sehr bemüht und freundlich. Der große Balkon bot Ausblick auf Straße und Tiefgarage :( Winzige Küche, ok zum Kaffee machen oder ein Brot zubereiten, wirklich kochen ist schwierig. Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, da es mit Klimaanlage angepriesen ist. Diese ist eine Belüftungsanlage, die die Luft bewegt und wohl bei 23-24 Grad direkt im sanften Luftzug konstant hält, aber runterkühlen der Raumtemperatur ist nicht möglich. Bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad draußen enttäusched. Man hört auch leider die schreienden Kinder der Nachbarn durch bzw. sonstige Nachbarn. Insofern etwas zu teuer für die Leistung.
