Enttäuscht durch kurzfristigen Apartmentwechsel und fehlende rechtzeitige Mitteilung des Schlüsselcodes.

Leider enttäuschend. Kurzfristig wurde uns ein anderes Apartment zugewiesen als das ursprünglich gebuchte, sodass wir das eigentliche Objekt überhaupt nicht bewerten können. Der Ersatz war mit der ursprünglichen Unterkunft nicht vergleichbar, was sehr schade war. Zusätzlich wurde uns der Code für die Schlüsselbox im Vorfeld nicht mitgeteilt, sodass wir erst telefonisch nachfragen mussten. Insgesamt kein guter Start und leider keine empfehlenswerte Erfahrung.

Der Besuch war wie gewohnt sehr angenehm. Wir kommen immer wieder gern zurück.

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal Gäste im Haus Steuerrad. Die Buchung, die Kommunikation, die Schlüsselübergabe usw. waren wie gewohnt zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung war wieder sehr sauber. Alles was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt, ist vorhanden. Auch der versprochene Parkplatz steht immer zur Verfügung. Wir fühlen uns bei jedem Besuch sehr wohl.

Super Ferienwohnung zum Erkunden der sehr schönen Stadt Stralsund!

Es war sehr angenehm warm! Sehr gut ausgestattet… sehr gute Lage… sehr sauber… Super der Aufzug…

Das Mischen von Kalt- und Warmwasser in der Dusche funktionierte nicht richtig! Plötzlich kam kaltes oder ganz heißes Wasser??? Die Parkfläche zur Ferienwohnung war nicht von der Adress- Straße erkennbar.

Jesteśmy zadowoleni z pobytu i polecamy ten apartament.

Apartament jest bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany i dobrze wyposażony, co ułatwia pobyt. Mieszkanie wygodne i funkcjonalne, z balkonem. Na terenie przylegającym do budynku znajnduje się prywatny parking, co jest ogromnym atutem. W budynku jest winda. Bardzo czysto. We wnękach klatki schodowej pozostawiono do dyspozycji gości gry planszowe, co uważam za super pomysł.

Do dyspozycji był tylko ekspres przelewowy, niestety brakowało ciśnieniowego lub na kapsułki, choćby małego.

Danke für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Ein komfortables, gepflegtes Quartier, mit äusserst freundlichen Gastgebern, mitten in der schönen Altstadt. Auch bei Anreise mit dem Zug,ist es in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.Unkompliziertes einchecken, einfach eine sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft. Wir haben im Laufe der Jahre ,verschiedene Wohnungen des Hauses belegt und können diese insgesamt empfehlen. Schön,daß es diese Ferienunterkunft gibt.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen Alles sehr geschmackvoll ,sauber und zum wohlfühlen 😊 auch,dass ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden war Die Umgebung war sehr angenehm und zum Zentrum sind es nur wenige Meter

Ich persönlich habe immer Probleme mit diesen“flockigen „Kopfkissen. Ansonsten empfand ich den Parkplatz als extreme Herausforderung und hätte mir ein Zaunfeld weniger gewünscht 😉

Ausprobieren, Stralsund wartet noch

Es hat uns alles, wie immer gefallen. Ferienwohnung sehr schön, direkt in der Altstadt und Weihnachtsmarkt. Der Glühwein mit Rum, super lecker und durchgewärmt. Ausflug zum Cap Arkona, Gastlichkeiten in Stralsund, Einkaufspassage, alles geschmückt, wir kommen wieder 🎅👍kleinigk

Kleinigkeiten nicht der Rede wert. Wohnung modern, alles da, Schlüssel Übergabe alles super geklappt. Parkplatz sicherlich für einige schwierig. Lage super.

Cozy appartement in het centrum van Stralsund

Het appartement zelf, het is een zolderappartement met dakterras en het had werkelijk alles wat ons hart begeerde. En zo gezellig! Het is letterlijk in het centrum en het heeft gratis parkeren. Wij reizen veel en ervaren dus heel veel verschillende accommodaties. Dit was 1 van de meest schattige verblijven! En zeer goed onderhouden.

Unser 1. Stralsund Urlaub war top! Wetter, Ferienwohnung, Gastlichkeit top u. viel anzuschauen.

Unsere Ferienwohnung (Nr. 5) war modern und praktisch eingerichtet; alles war sehr sauber; Balkon top, aber leider ohne richtigen Sonnenschutz; Auf jeden Fall Weiterempfehlung!!!

Geschirrkorb im Geschirrspüler defekt (verrostet), sollte ausgetauscht werden. Schön wäre auch ein Besen, um Krümel u.a. Schmutz nicht in der Wohnung zu verteilen.

Die Wohnung war durch die zentrale Lage ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten.

Die Wohnung lag sehr stadtzentral. Alles konnte fußläufig erreicht werden, so dass das Auto nicht benutzt werden musste. Das Haus hat einen Aufzug, so dass alle Etagen bequem erreicht werden konnten.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, der Balkon war mit 2 Stühlen und kleinem Tisch sehr sparsam bestückt.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen , auch in dem Hinblick das es einen Fahrstuhl im Haus gibt ( Kind hat eine Gehbehinderung und Oma war auch nicht so gut zu Fuß ) . Es war praktisch eingerichtet , sauber und gemütlich. Alles soweit vorhanden und das Problem mit dem Rollo und der Lampe wurde umgehend vom Vermieter gelöst. Die Lage ist Top , man ist schnell in der Stadt aber auch nicht weit vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ich habe auch bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr gut geschlafen , trotz Straße vor der Tür. Ich fand, dass die Möwen mehr Lärm morgens gemacht haben als der Autoverkehr und der war wirklich wenig ( hab da schon anderes erlebt ) . Auch die Kommunikation hier bei Booking zum Vermieter war sehr gut , ich wurde zeitnah angeschrieben und es gab alle Infos die nötig waren.

Eine Ablage in der Dusche wäre wirklich gut und vielleicht ein Türgriff innen zum öffnen. Aber das ist nur Kleinkram und war nur minimal störend.

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche!

Die Wohnung lag in der Altstadt und somit im Ortskern. Stralsund ist eine schöne Stadt und hat uns Touristen sehr viel zu bieten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in einer tollen Stadt!

Die Lage, ganz zentral in der Altstadt war wunderbar. Sogar über 80jährige konnten die Ziele zu Fuß erreichen. Der Fahrstuhl ist genial.

Wer im Wohnzimmer schläft, hört die Nachbarn im Bad. Einzige Wohnung im Haus ohne Balkon. Aber durch viele Dachfenster schön hell.

Top Lage im Zentrum - ruhig gelegen - angenhem gestaltet und eingereichtet, großer Balkon mit freiem Blick - Grün und See in der Nähe - genauso Sehnswürdigkeiten in der Nähe - u.a. Nicolaikirche Innengestaltung. Architektur, Viele schöne Straßenzüge -

Parkering på grunden. God plads i lejligheden. Rent overalt. Fredeligt om natten.

Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Beste Ausstattung, gute Lage. Leider gab es auch eine Panne, so dass eine Toilette an einem von zwei Tagen nicht nutzbar war und es in der Küche kein Wasser gab. Positiv: wir hatten sofort einen Ansprechpartner am Telefon. Er konnte zwar keinen Klempner herbeizaubern, hat aber versucht, das Problem zu lösen mit o.g. Ergebnis. Tipp: Die Parkplätze den Wohnungen zuordnen. Es gab ein unschönes Gespräch mit einer anderen Mieterin, die sich durch unsere Inanspruchnahme des 5.Parkplatzes vor dem Haus an der Ausfahrt gehindert sah (obwohl dem nicht so war). Um weiteren Debatten aus dem Wege zu gehen, sind wir auf einen Parkplatz außerhalb des Hofes ausgewichen. Noch ein Tipp für die Sauberkeit: der Backofen war verschmutzt und unter unserem Bett (hatte einen Ohrring entdeckten wir auf der Suche nach einem heruntergefallenen Ohrring eine Kondomverpackung.

Drei wunderbare Tage in Stralsund insbesondere aufgrund der tollen Ferienwohnung!

Eine sehr schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung in Superlage! Wir werden sie weiterempfehlen und gerne wieder kommen...

Nur zwei Kleinigkeiten bzw. Anregungen: Das Gefälle in der Dusche ist sehr gering, so dass man immer im (gebrauchten) Wasser steht... oder der Abfluss war etwas verstopft... In der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche wäre noch ein Toaster schön... Das ändert aber nichts am positiven Gesamturteil.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der Altstadt

Die Wohnung liegt günstig - alles ist von dort fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war komplett, auch in der Küche blieben keine Wünsche offen. Es gab einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, was in der Stralsunder Altstadt nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ein Fahrradabstellraum war auch vorhanden.

Der Platz bei der Hofeinfahrt und auf dem Hof ist sehr knapp. Man muss schon gut rangieren können, um rauf und runter zu kommen. Im Haus ist eine sehr steile Treppe, die bergab eine Unfallquelle sein kann (Es gibt aber einen Aufzug)
