Large family apartment

A great apartment for a family holiday. The apartment was quite spacious with ample storage space to unpack. There was a selection of toys and games in the living area which my kids loved. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for cooking a meal. Smart tv in the living room that lets you watch Netflix etc. which was much appreciated after a big day of sightseeing. Great location right in the heart of the old town.

There is no AC in the apartment, however I think this is pretty standard throughout Stralsund where it's cold more than hot! The kids bedroom has a ceiling fan which helped manage the heat, and the windows all open so you could get the breeze through in the evenings.

Good, but not perfect

Good location: a lot of restaurants nearby, a supermarket within a short walking distance, easy access to sightseeing in city harbor and in the old town. Well-stocked kitchen: plenty of dishes, utensils, and appliances (even a toaster). Clean. Host helpful and informative.

Kitchen knives were terrible. Wi-Fi quality mediocre, probably has something to do with router being on the stairs landing outside the apartment, serving several rooms at once. Second bedroom is only accessible through the first one - meaning whoever occupies the first bedroom gets zero privacy from the rest of the family/group.

Top Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen. Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine gute Größe. Und für uns eine sehr gute Ausstattung.

4 Etage, war aber unser Fehler hatten wir nicht gelesen. Haben es aber mehrmals am Tag nach oben geschaft

Es war ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub.

Super Lage, direkt am Hafen, Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar.

Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist der Lärm, welcher von der sehr befahrenen Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster kommt. Mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen ging leider nicht. Tagsüber unproblematisch, da wir nicht in der FeWo waren.

Zwei separate Schlafzimmer prima für Familie oder zwei Pärchen

Das Zimmer ist zentral am Hafen gelegen und gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist super, zwei Schlafzimmer jeweils mit Sofa und viel Platz haben gut gefallen. Auch das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis für die zwei Schlafzimmer fanden wir sehr gut. Wir hatten Glück und durften früher ins Zimmer und am Wochentag an der Abreise unser Gepäck noch in der Rezeption lassen. So konnten wir drei Tage inkl. An- und Abreise sehr gut ausnutzen. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin.

Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist: es ist in der 3. Etage ohne Fahrstuhl. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Die Straße ist Kopfsteinpflaster, da ist schlafen mit offenem Fenster schlecht. Aber sonst war es leise.

Komfortowy apartament w fantastycznym miejscu

Bardzo ładny, dobrze wyposażony i bardzo czysty apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji pomiędzy starym miastem i nabrzeżem. Tani parking bezpośrednio przy apartamencie. Świetna baza wypadowa do wycieczek na Rugię, spacerów po starówce i po nabrzeżu.

Mały problem stanowił kontakt z właścicielką. Bez znajomości języka niemieckiego było nam trudno...Ale problemy komunikacyjne zrekompensowala Jej wyrozumiałość i uprzejmość.

Wunderbare sonnige Wohnung

Tolle Unterkunft! Von der Couch aus kann man den Sonnenaufgang über den Hafen sehen und es scheint morgens bis vormittags die Sonne ins Wohnzimmer und in die Küche. Durchlüften klappt wunderbar, da die Wohnung über Fenster an 3 Hauswandseiten verfügt. Vom Fenster aus sieht man den Hafen, mehrere Restaurants und das wirklich sehenswerte Ozeanium. Die Altstadt ist wunderschön und zu Fuß gut zu erkunden. Der Parkplatz am Haus war super. In der Unterkunft wurde an alles gedacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wer lärmempfindlich ist, nimmt besser zur Sicherheit Ohrstöpsel für die Nacht mit. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Geschehen. Es fahren abends daher einige Autos über das Kopfsteinpflaster am Haus vorbei und es sind Musik und Menschen auf der Straße zu hören. Uns hat es nicht gestört, da wir Trubel mögen.

Wunderschöner Familien-Kurztrip nach Stralsund mit einem Abstecher nach Hiddensee.

Herausragende Lage mit Blick auf Altefähr. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Schifffahrtsausflüge, Museen. Die Gastgeberin antwortet umgehend, ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt eindeutige An- und Abreise-Informationen. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und der Parkplatz am Haus runden das sehr gute Gesamtbild ab.

Es ist eine kleine mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und die kurzen Wege zum Hafen sowie zur Innenstadt vorteilhaft. Eine freundliche Vermieterin, welche kurzfristig zu allen Fragen erreichbar war, runden das positive Bild ab.

Bei offenen Fenstern ist es durch die Nähe zum Hafen in den Abendstunden recht laut.

gemütliche familienfreundliche moderne Wohnung

Wir haben wunderbare 5 Tage in dieser tollen familienfreundlichen FeWo verbacht. Sie ist sehr gemütlich, hübsch eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Super nah an Hafen gelegen, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben nichts zu meckern und empfehlen die Unterkünfte gern weiter. Es gab auch immer schnelle Rückmeldung bei Fragen und Anregungen.

Da die Wohnung an einer gut befahrenen Pflastersteinstrasse liegt, ist es bei offenen Fenstern recht laut. Geschlossen dämmen die Fenster super. Könnte im Sommer schwierig werden.

Die Unterkunft lag zentral. Es war fussläufig alles zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut, es fehlte an nichts.

Trotz des nicht so guten Schlafs ein gelungener Kurzurlaub.

Sehr gute Lage.

Trotz dritter Etage war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig bedingt durch den starken Verkehr bis spät in die Nacht. Alle umliegenden Straßen bestehen aus dem historischen groben Kopfsteinpflaster, was enorme Geräusche erzeugt.

Top Ferienwohnung! SEHR GEPFLEGT

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Aussergewöhnlich saubere Wohnung. Wohnung komplett und modern eingerichtet. Alle Räume liebevoll gestaltet. Bad ist groß und ebenfalls wie in einem Neubau ausgestattet. Zentral am Hafen gelegen, zur Innenstadt 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
