Our apartment was clean and easy to find. The best part about the property was probably the roof terrace which was free to use for everyone in the building but since our neighbors didn't seem to go up there we had it mainly for ourselves. We had a great view over the city, the port and the sea.

Next to our property was a construction site but since we weren't in the apartment much and got up early everyday anyway the noise didn't really bother us.

Powerful shower with good supply of hot water. A washing machine in the bathroom.

Cramped space apart from the bathroom. Bathroom floor was dirty which was identified the first time we used the shower. Broken window blind and broken kitchen window frame where clearly visible and should not have been left like that before our arrival. Had to move items to create storage space.

the studio itself was great - Turmhaus and the overview !!

I haven´t sent a message prior of my arrival, they said. And only by chance I met the owner... There was a BIG difference, what I have ordered and what was confirmed by booking com and what I was forced to pay ("you have to pay it, otherwise you may leave the Turmhaus...!) There was a difference of almost 100 Euro I had to pay extra !!!!!

Die Lage und das Haus von außen

- abgenutzten Möbel (Töpfe, Schränke, Schubladen) - veraltete Ausstattung und unnötige Deko (z.B. Plastikblumen und blaue Glassammlung) - Raucherwohnung !!!! - Appartement wurde wegen Wasserschsden kurzfristig umgelegt - es fehlte Ausstattung für die dritte Person, die gebucht war - katastrophale Parksituation - unhöfliches Personal (Büro war ohne Vorankündigung nicht besetzt) - zugestelltes Treppenhaus mit Sperrmüll, Hausrat und Kinderwägen (optisch kein schöner Anblick) ...haben nach einer Nacht abgebrochen. Kein Entgegenkommen vom Vermieter!

gemütliche kleine Wohnung, sehr ruhig gelegen, schöner Innenhof, sehr zentrumsnah, wenige Minuten zum Bäcker, Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit im Flur

bei Sauberkeit ist Luft nach oben, allerdings ist es ein altes Gemäuer, welches vielleicht auch ein bisschen arbeitet

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage, wenn denn die Sauberkeit gestimmt hätte..

Top Lage, man kommt zu Fuss direkt ins Zentrum oder an den "Hafen". Die Wohnung gut eingerichtet, für ein verlängertes Wochenende war alles vorhanden.

Sauberkeit. Toilette mussten wir nach putzen, es lagen zudem noch Haare im Bad. Duschkabine undicht, es lief alles auf den Boden ins Bad. Kühlschrank war nur laut und kühlte nicht richtig. Wir hatten für 2+1 (Kind) reserviert, das Bett für unser Kind durften wir selbst beziehen.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist super, sehr zentral. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet.

Der Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht, Der Wasserhahn unter der Spüle war undicht und die Matratzen leider sehr weich. Parkplätze sind nicht, wie angegeben, vor der Tür.

Zu empfehlen

Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der ersten Wohnung war gut und sehr groß und das ich schnell in die nächste Wohnung ziehen konnte weil ein Wasserschaden in der ersten Wohnung war

Um 10 Uhr aus der Wohnung zu sein weil die Frau von der Reinigung kommt, der Witz sie wohnt aufn Hinterhof also hätte man auch etwas länger bleiben können. Mein Problem mein Ersatzwagen konnte erst gegen mittags geliefert werden stand nun mit meinen Sachen 2 Std vor der Tür, nett. Staubig ohne Ende und flussboden klebte in der ersten Wohnung.
