Altstadt Studio 10 is located on the first floor and offers a well-designed, bright vacation apartment of approximately 65 m² that can accommodate up to 4 people. Upon arrival, you’ll find a welcoming living area that comfortably combines living, dining, and cooking spaces. The living area features a sofa and a TV; the sofa bed (160x200) converts into a full-size bed and provides two additional sleeping spots. Adjacent to this is the dining area, ideal for shared meals or a relaxed start to the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher, as well as cooking utensils. For coffee and breakfast, a kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and a Nespresso capsule machine are provided, so you can easily take care of your own meals. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200) and also has a TV. From here, you can step out onto the small balcony overlooking the courtyard—perfect for a quick break. The bathroom has a modern design and is equipped with a shower, toilet, and bidet. If you’re arriving by car, you can optionally book a covered parking spot in the courtyard.

Altstadt Studio 8 spans two floors—the 3rd floor and the attic—offers 115 m², accommodates up to 8 people, and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Altstadt Studio 9 is located on the second floor, is accessible by elevator, offers approximately 55 m², is ideal for up to 4 people, and has 1 bedroom plus a second sleeping area in the living room. Altstadt Studio 10 is located on the first floor without an elevator, offers 65 m², accommodates up to 4 people, and features 1 bedroom as well as a sleeper sofa in the living area.
All studios feature a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook comfortably, as well as cozy living areas with a smart TV and free Wi-Fi. Right outside the door, you’ll find a public charging station for electric cars—ideal for eco-conscious travelers.
