About this apartment rental
The vacation rental (105 square meters), which sleeps up to 6 people, is located on the 1st floor at Langenstraße 33 in an approximately 150-year-old historic building. It features three bedrooms (each with two single beds), a living room with a sofa set and dining table, a separate walk-through kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Our vacation rentals (rented by private owners) are located right in Stralsund’s historic old town—on Wasserstraße and Langenstraße.

Thanks to the central location, you’ll find shopping options, restaurants, and attractions right in the neighborhood. All apartments are family-friendly and comfortably furnished, accommodating up to six guests depending on the apartment. The apartments feature well-equipped kitchens (toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, iron, oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, etc.). Of course, all apartments feature well-maintained bathrooms.
As guests of our vacation apartments, you’re welcome to use our common areas. The game room at Langenstr. 33 features a pool table, a dartboard, and a foosball table.
Tip for ANGLERS: The vacation apartments on Langenstraße have freezers for anglers and a filleting station; a fishing shop is about 100 meters away. Guests staying on Wasserstraße are welcome to use these facilities on Langenstraße as well.
If you’re arriving by car, parking is available at a rate of 8.00 euros per day (as of 02/25) in the nearby parking garages (Parkhaus am Hafen, Parkhaus am Meeresmuseum, or Parkhaus am Ozeaneum). With a prepaid parking ticket (parking meter/ticket shop/select days), you can leave the parking garage and re-enter as often as you like on the days you’ve paid for.
Paid EV charging stations are available in the Meeresmuseum (spaces 210-214), Hafen (spaces 89-92), and Ozeaneum (spaces 1-2) parking garages.

The apartment is very comfortable and family friendly . Nothing special other extraordinary. Just a normal , clean and spacious apartment. All the appliances described on the website were inclusive and functioning well.
It is also well situated and there is a Supermarket about 6 minutes walk away. So many restaurants in the vicinity . It’s also about 300 to 400 metres away from the harbour where the renounce ocean museum is located
