Perfekt für Stadt und Insel

Wirklich schönes, gemütliches Appartement mitten in der Altstadt. Sehr gute Betten, großzügig, Einrichtung zum Wohlfühlen. Alles da, was man braucht. Guter Kontakt zum Anbieter. Alles problemlos und etwas späteres Auschecken für letzte Weihnachtsgeschenke wurde ermöglicht. Schöne Restaurants um die Ecke.

Ist in der Innenstadt so, für uns auch kein Grund für eine schlechtere Bewertung. Muss man aber einkalkulieren. Die Parkplätze in der Umgehung waren voll, Weihnachtszeit mit Weihnachtsmärkten etc. Es war nichts zu machen. Haben dann die Tage immer etwas weiter entfernt in einem Wohngebiet kostenfrei geparkt und den Fußweg entlang des Kleinen Franken Teichs dann für die Gassirunde mit Hund genutzt. 🤷

Toplage im Zentrum, trotzdem ruhig. Man kann unkompliziert vom nahe gelegenen Bhf. Ausflüge auf Rügen unternehmen

Es gab alles was mach brauchte in einer sehr gemütlichen, zentrumsnahen Wohnung.

Da wir mit dem Fahrrad angereist sind, haben wir uns sehr über die zentrumsnahe Lage gefreut. Das Zentrum, der Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Retsaurants, alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Ausserdem hat die Wohnung mit ihrem Altbaucharme gepunktet. Da wir mit drei Kindern gereist sind, aber wir uns sehr über drei vollwertige Schlafzimmer gefreut. Es gab zwar kein seperates Wohnzimmer, was aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat, weil es in jedem Raum einen Fernsehr gan und in zwei Schlafräumen eine goße Sofa Sitzecke.

Leider ließen sich drei der vier Fernseher nicht benutzen. Und bei der Buchung hatten wir übersehen das es keine Spühlmaschine gab. Bei einem Aufenthalt von zwei Nächten, war das nicht so ein großes Problem, aber bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde es mich stören.

Hervorragend und cozy

Das Apartment ist super cozy und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist top, zentraler in der Altstadt geht kaum und trotzdem war es dank der Lage in einer Nebenstraße ruhig.

Vor allem die Lage: Sehr gut gelegen, in einem schönen alten Hinterhof, direkt am Neuen Markt. Alles war super sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt - ganz tolle große Dusche!

Stralsund ist eine Reise wert und man kommt von dort schnell nach Rügen oder an die Strände!

Die Lage und der nette Vermieter! Wohnen auf zwei Etagen. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Altstadt. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Stralsunder sind nette Leute und man kommt schnell ins Gespräch!

Das Parken war am ersten Tag sehr stressig, weil in der Altstadt grundsätzlich alles kostenpflichtig ist. Dann haben wir den Parkplatz am Neuen Markt für 6 Euro am Tag genutzt. Das ist der Tagestarif auf allen Parkplätzen der Zone A. Gilt werktags immer bis 9.00 Uhr morgens. Parkhäuser kosten 8 € am Tag mit Touristenrabatt!
