Very nice apartment, clean and had everything we needed.

Just beware that there’s very steep stairs to get to the first floor, my husband had to carry our dog up and down each time.

Spacious and comfortable apartment

The apartment is in excellent condition—very clean, with a super comfortable bed, sofa, and bathroom. there is a washing machine as advertised, but its location is far from convenient.

To use the washing machine I had to go down three very steep flights of stairs and open a door in the building’s lobby to reach what feels like a creepy basement—more like an old dungeon or cell. You end up getting quite a workout and spending a good amount of time just going up and down those stairs to wash, check, and transfer your clothes to the dryer. I was disappointed to find that one of the listed amenities—the microwave—was missing.

Will not book again.

Simple, roomy.

Shower switched to ice cold and back to really hot about once per minute. This is not how I want to start my day. Informed the staff once, and after vhecking reported byck that there was nothing wrong. Same cold shower the next day, so I didn't bother anymore.

Fantastic accommodation

We stayed in apartment 6, Am Bahnhof, which was fantastic: two double bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, very well-equipped, warm and comfortable. In the basement there was a washing machine and tumble dryer which were free to use. The location was perfect for us as we were travelling by train. It was directly opposite the railway station, but still very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only word of caution is that the apartment was on the third floor up three quite steep sets of stairs. Not a problem for us, but could be tricky for people with mobility issues. However, there are ground floor apartments as well.

Excellent family stay in the beautiful city of Stralsund

Great location next to the train station. Excellent facilities, including kitchen and separate laundry and dryer. Very good host (who responded to queries online).

Had to carry the buggy on the wooden staircase to access the room, which can be challenging. Communication could be a bit more clearer at times and, e.g., location of laundry facilities, room number. Wooden flooring in the kitchen can be a bit creaky and need to be careful walking around with a little baby in the house to avoid disturbing their sleep.

Tolle Lage schnell am Bahnhof und in der Altstadt

Es war eine Altbau Wohnung mit großen Räumen.

Die Küche hatte kaum Ausstattung (zusammen gestellt) alte Geräte und der Wasserhahn ist nicht befestigt am Spülbecken. Tropft und wackelt. Der Esstisch ist nicht stabil wackelt man kann auf etwas essen dadrauf phne das Gefühl zu haben das der Tisch bricht. Im Badezimmer ebenfalls ein defekter Waschbecken Abfluss.

Eine schöne Wohnung in toller Lage und Nähe des Bahnhofs. Die Altstadt ist fussläufig erreichbar.

Die große Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und ist sehr gut durch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen. Positiv ist der wohnungsgebundene Parkplatz. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist zweckmäßig.

Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr eng, die Betten hart und es gibt wenig Möglichkeiten Sachen zu verstauen. Ein Schrank wurde durch Bettsachen belegt, der andere war wirklich sehr alt. Die Treppe im Treppenhaus ist sehr eng und unserer Meinung nach wirklich gefährlich.

Fantastische Unterkunft für einen Kurztripp nach Stralsund!!

Das Apartment war der Hammer! Ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Küche, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer (+Balkon) und ein modernes, großes Badezimmer. Alle Räume sind total schön, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ich fühlte mich sofort wohl! Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos und war sehr freundlich; ich habe meine Mutter noch nachträglich für eine Nacht dazugebucht. Die Lage ist direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof und man ist in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt bzw. am Hafen/Ozeaneum. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen!

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Bahnhof und man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Altstadt. Sie ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ein paar schöne alte Möbelstücke machen die Wohnung sehr charmant. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Zentrale Lage, wohnliches Ambiente.

Sehr steile und laute Treppe im Treppenhaus, für gehbehinderte Menschen absolut ungeeignet, mit Koffern lebensgefährlich. Lage zentral, aber durch die nahe Bahnstrecke auch laut. Der Wasserdruck ist eine Zumutung, bis das Spülbecken einigermaßen gefüllt ist vergeht eine Ewigkeit, duschen macht keinen Spaß, warnes Wasser blieb zeitweise weg.

Top Lage, alles da, aber mehr auch nicht!

Die Lage ist top, zu Fuß ist die Altstadt und das Ozeaneum bequem zu erreichen 👍

Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, nicht gemütlich. Das Sofa im WZ war so ausgelegen, dass man kaum sitzen konnte. Auch die Matratzen in den SZ sind nicht komfortabel. In der Küche wackelt der Wasserhahn. Handtücher und Bettbezüge verschlissen. Warmwasser im Bad nur begrenzt vorhanden…man sollte sich mit Duschen beeilen.

Absolut wiederholenswert!

Die Ausstattung war durchdacht, alles sauber und vor allem, wie auf den Bildern und beschrieben. Es war gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Parkplatzsituation war schwierig. Es steht zwar ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung, allerdings hatten 2 Autos von anderen Wohnungen so egoistisch geparkt, dass die übrigen Probleme hatten zu parken.

Wohnung am Bahnhof

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Bahnhof und man hat eine gute Verbindung ins Umland. Trotz der Lage am Bahnhof sind die Züge kaum zu hören. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sauber. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Hof. Wir verbrachten ein schönes Wochenende.

Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit eigenem Parkplatz

Gute Zentrale Lage, große geräumige AltbauFeWo mit kompletter Ausstattung und Balkon sowie eigenem Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Fussläufige Nähe zur historischen Altstadt. Schöne Einrichtung im Stilmix aus modern und alt. Gute Geräuschdämmung bei geschlossenen Fenstern.

Die Sauberkeit war etwas nachlässig. Dreckige Gläser und Besteck. Oberflächlich in den gesamten Räulichkeiten gut, aber bei genauerem Hinsehen mit einigen Defiziten. Es scheint so das der Hausservice ein sehr enges Zeitfenster zur Vorbereitung hat. Wohnung im 2. OG über steile, enge Treppe mit kurzen Stufen zu erreichen. Mit Gepäck nicht ganz einfach.

Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage; in die Stadt sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist gemütlich und ansprechend; das Bett ist gut.

Die Wohnung liegt in der 1. Etage. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, die alte Holztreppe hat sehr kurze unterschiedliche Stufen und ist sehr steil. Aus der Dusche und den Wasserhähnen kam nur wenig Wasser. Das Fenster im Badezimmer ging nicht richtig zu; bei starkem Regen stand Wasser im Badezimmer. Es gab leider auch nur eine Schlüsselkarte.

Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Die Bettwäsche ist nicht aus Baumwolle und war zu klein für die Bettdecke. Trotzdem habe ich nach einer unruhigen Nacht dann gut geschlafen. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ist es ruhig.

O.K. für ein Wochenende

Das Apartment liegt direkt gegenüber dem Hauptbahnhof und nur einen kurzen Fußweg von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist - wie bei vielen anderen FeWos - ziemlich a la Ikea - aber völlig o.k. Sehr unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe via Schlüsselsafe. Einfache und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Mein Apartment ging nach hinten raus und war angenehm ruhig. Kostenloser Parkplatz ist natürlich sehr gut.

Über die Treppe ist bei den Bewertungen schon viel geschrieben worden, sie ist wirklich sehr steil und für ältere oder gehbehinderte Personen absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Die FeWo 8, die ich hatte, liegt in einem anderen Gebäudeteil als die anderen Apartments. Der Treppenraum riecht muffig und feucht und ist auch eher ungepflegt. Eine Kleinigkeit: das Shampoo hing überm Waschbecken, die Seife in der Dusche. Ich habe es nicht hingekriegt, die beiden Flaschen, die in einem Gestell montiert sind, zu tauschen. Das ist doch sehr unpraktisch, wenn man beim Duschen durchs Badzimmer laufen muss, um ein bißchen Shampoo zu kriegen. Und schließlich: das Bett quietscht.

Lastige trappen om met bagage te beklimmen omdat er geen lift is. Spoelbak in keuken niet schoon en niet schoon te krijgen. Kraan drupte na gebruik nog geruime tijd door.

Trotz schöner Wohnung würden wir wegen dem Lärm die Wohnung nicht nochmal buchen.

Unterkunft war sehr schön , wenn auch einfach.

Leider war der angegebene Geschirrspüler nicht vorhanden. Da der Bahnhof direkt neben an ist , hörte man jeden Zug und den Signalton der Schranken trotz geschlossenem Fenster. 65 Stufen zum Appartement 5 ist schon ne Herausforderung 😉

Месторасположение квартиры позволяет без проблем добраться до центра города пешком за 10-15 минут. К квартире как таковой претензий нет: достаточно просторная и уютная.

Есть небольшие минусы. Отсутствие островка на кухне между раковиной и плитой, как следствие, практически нет рабочего пространства. На кухню неплохо было бы положить рулон бумаги для духового шкафа. Кофемашину нужно заменить, она попросту течёт при приготовлении кофе. В ванной комнате (и это я писал уже неоднократно) нужны крючки за дверью. Просто некуда повесить банное полотенце, если ты снимаешь квартиру не один. Сделайте нормальную нумерацию парковочного места для квартиры номер 8! Она отсутствует.
