Die Lage ist wunderschön – ruhig, naturnah und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und lädt sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen vollkommen unkompliziert. Auch der Kontakt per E-Mail war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass eine kleine Reparatur sogar an einem Ostersonntag umgehend erledigt wurde. Das zeigt, wie engagiert und serviceorientiert das Team ist.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Man ist schnell zu Fuß am Hafen und in der Altstadt. Mit Hund bietet sich der nahe gelegene Teich sehr gut an. Auch für Ausflüge mit dem Auto ist Stralsund ein perfekter Ausgangsort. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Garage im Innenhof ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt, da freie Parkplätze im Umfeld zu manchen Zeiten schwer zu finden sind.
Die Matratze in einem Schlafzimmer ist recht dünn, sodass man nicht wirklich bequem liegt. Die Programme im TV sind sind stark begrenzt. Es ist zwar ein Smart TV, aber Streaming-Dienste haben nicht funktioniert.
