This 50 m² accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a box spring bed, one bathroom with shower and toilet, plus an additional guest WC, comfortably hosting up to 6 guests. Each room offers a TV, air conditioning, underfloor heating and radiators, a washing machine, as well as children's books and toys. A private bio-sauna is also at your disposal.
The houseboat boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a gas grill. The beach is nearby. In the area, you can visit the Störtebeker Festival, the Ralswiek sailing regatta on Wednesdays in Stralsund, the beach, and the zoo.
One pet is welcome. Smoking and parties are not allowed. Wi-Fi is not available. The property features energy- and water-saving facilities. Washing machine, dishwasher, linen packages, and final cleaning are included.
