The Altstadt-Studio 4 spans the 2nd and 3rd floors on Neuer Markt in Stralsund’s Old Town. With its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. You can reach this bright, spacious vacation rental via the elevator. On the lower level of the apartment, you’ll find the first bedroom with a double bed (160x200), the bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as the kitchen and the living room with a sleeper sofa (160x200). From the hallway, a staircase leads to the second bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and to the second bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The open-concept kitchen with a dining area is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and sink. Everyday cooking essentials, such as a microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, are also available for your use. The heart of the vacation apartment is the spacious living room with high ceilings typical of older buildings and a phenomenal view of the Neuer Markt.



The Altstadt-Studios Neuer Markt are located in the heart of Stralsund’s Old Town. The apartments, designed to accommodate 2 to 6 people, are partially accessible by elevator and are perfect for a city getaway on the Baltic Sea.
All apartments are modern and individually furnished. Each apartment is equipped with its own kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. For Studios 2–5, a parking space (approx. 150 m away) is available for a fee.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
