Great location and very comfortable and spacious

The apartment is spacious and has everything you could need for a nice stay. The location was very good, and even though one of the bedrooms is along a cobblestoned laneway, the cars driving past weren't an issue - the closed windows cut out most of the noise. Being on the ground floor made it easy to get the bags from the car into the apartment. Very central and easy to get everywhere

Moderne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in toller Lage.

Apartment: Die Lage des Apartments ist fantastisch. Nah am Hafen und mit Blick auf die Innenstadt. Die Ausstattung ist modern im industriellen Chic und sehr gepflegt. Geschirr und andere Küchenausstattung ist in Fülle vorhanden. Die Bäder sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet mit Ablagen und Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern. Kommunikation: Die Vermietung hat sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert und war äußerst hilfsbereit.

Eher als konstruktive Kritik gedacht, nicht als Mängelliste: Der Steinfußboden, wenn auch gut zu reinigen, ist leider sehr kalt, was ohne Hausschuhe und mit krabbelnden Kleinkindern eher ungemütlich ist. Sitzmöglichkeiten existieren nur in Form von Stühlen, die zwar sehr bequem sind, aber ein Sofa zum Füße ausstrecken vermissen lassen. Die Betten könnten, für unseren Geschmack, deutlich weicher gepolstert sein. Der dünne Topper auf der Boxspringbasis war nicht ganz so bequem.
