Not worth the money

Location was good.

I think it's the worst apartment I've ever booked, totally not worth the price. 1. The place is tiny, there's no space for leaving luggage or stuff around. It's impossible to cook anything in the kitchen due to the lack of space. 2. We asked for a baby crib, and we got a foldable one with NO mattress. How can a baby sleep in there?! 3. We weren't able to air the room, since every time we tried to open the windows, there was someone smoking right outside our apartment in the inner yard (thus, also no privacy!). The whole place was then smelling like smoke. 4. The apartment was definitely not well clean, the bathroom in particular (the toilet seat was even yellow). You could see dust and spots in several places. There was also clearly a humidity problem, since the walls had broken paint on the top. 5. There was no towel to put on the floor out of the shower. I wished I could get my money back...

Apartament is located in the very heart of the Old Town. Room is on the back of the house therefore one doesn't hear any street noise.

Microwave oven was hard to reach (was placed on the fridge), there was no cupboard in the room. Room is on the back of the house therefore the only view outside the window is on the backyard.

Wonderful apartment among the historical buildings of the town.

The apartment is situated in the middle of the old town, the cafes and restaurants are within 2 minutes walk. The rooms are fully furnished, clean and the beds are comfortable. The Old Market square is next to the apartment; with little kids one can have a relaxing dinner or lunch there due to the fountain.

There was only one set of keys and it was always stressful to remember not to forget the keys in one room and let the door shut. Especially difficult when you have little kids and you just run to the kitchen to fetch something and the kids are sleeping and you forget to take the keys with you.

Der Ausblick von Wohnung 2 auf den Innenhof mit den Mülltonnen als Ansicht war nicht berauschend. Da sollte man eine andere Lösung finden - ggf. ein Sichtschutz.

Veldig sentral. Det var helt supert. Vi var så heldige og fikk oppleve Stralsund festivalen.

Leilighetene var litt møkkete. Hadde trengt å bli hovedrengjort. Både i take, vinduer og tepper hadde trengt en grundigvask. Men sengene, og håndklær osv var rene

Super lokalizacja, tuż przy Starym Rynku i blisko portu.

Bardzo niekomfortowy układ apartamentu. Apartament składa się z dwóch oddzielnych pomieszczeń z oddzielnymi wejściami z publicznej klatki schodowej, publicznego korytarza. Pierwsze pomieszczenie to kuchnia do której wstawiono dwa małe łózka. Z kuchni wchodzi się bezpośrednio do łazienki. Drugie oddzielne pomieszczenie to pokój dzienny ze stolikiem i dużym łóżkiem. Jeśli chcesz uszykować śniadanie w kuchni i zjeść przy stole to musisz ze śniadaniem przejść przez publiczny korytarz. Jeśli chcesz spać w dużym łóżku i w nocy potrzebujesz skorzystać z łazienki to musisz się ubrać i przejść przez publiczny korytarz do kuchni, a potem do łazienki. Bardzo niewygodne rozwiązanie. Daleko do parkingu. Do parkingu jest 6 minut pieszo, ale samochodem do parkingu jedzie się 15 minut ze względu na ulice jednokierunkowe. Niezbyt klarowny system płatności. Na bookingu trzeba podać dane karty, żeby zrobić bezzwrotną rezerwację oraz jest informacja, że płatność gotówką na miejscu. Właściciel jednak zażądał zapłaty przelewem na kilka dni przed pobytem grożąc anulowaniem rezerwacji.

Lage Top Wohnung Flop!

Die Wohnung an sich war klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Könnte man im Sommer für ein paar Tage gut machen. Und sie liegt sehr zentral.

Die Ausstattung ist OK, aber wir fanden sie nicht so sauber und es gab so einiges in der Wohnung was unbedingt erneuert werden müsste und auch einiges ausgetauscht oder ausgebessert. Die Toilettenbrille ist eine Katastrophe. Die Wasserhähne total verkalkt. Im Badezimmer sollte man den Wasserhahn vorsichtig betätigen weil er sehr lose ist. Mit etwas Farbe die Wände ausbessern, stelle ich mir jetzt auch nicht so schwer vor. Und sehr unansehnlich und nicht zeitgemäß der Teppich im Zimmer. Preis Leistung ist hier nicht stimmig. Ich habe den Eindruck der Vermieter/Eigentümer will nur schnelles Geld verdienen, egal wie der Zustand der Wohnung ist. Aber dazu gehören auch Investitionen. Ich habe auch den Eindruck das diese Wohnung mehr oder weniger von Monteuren genutzt wird. Was völlig in Ordnung ist. Aber als wir angereist sind standen noch Taschen in der Wohnung von dem Gast der vor uns die Wohnung gemietet hatte. Man erklärte uns das der junge Mann diese abholt und auch noch im Besitz des Schlüssel's ist und diesen bei der Abholung seiner Sachen dann abgibt. Etwas später stellte sich heraus, der junge Mann arbeitet nicht unweit auf einer Baustelle. Er kam nach kurzer Zeit und war sehr verwundert über uns und darüber das seine Taschen vor der Wohnung standen, die wir raus stellten. Aber nur auf anraten der Vermietung. Uns tat der Junge Mann leid, weil er offensichtlich darüber nicht informiert war aus der Wohnung zu müssen. Das war unser Eindruck. Wenn das so war, schäme ich mich dafür wie mit diesem Jungen Mann umgegangen wurde. Also wir werden diese und weitere Wohnung dieses Vermieter's / Eigentümer nicht mehr buchen.

Für ein paar Tage ist es gut.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Stralsund. Super Zentral gelegen, wir brauchten kein Auto. Die Zimmer waren gut, fast so wie auf den Bildern. Aber... Die Küche konnten wir leider nicht benutzen. Die Sauberkeit hat dort gefehlt, vorallem bei den Geräten. Schade !!

Schöne Stadt -jederzeit wieder, aber nicht mehr in dieser Unterkunft

Sehr zentral gelegen

Ausstattung war wie angegeben nicht verfügbar (Waschmaschine-Ofen) nach dem erfragen wurde die Ausstattung zwar. Aktualisiert der Preis ist derselbe geblieben!!!! Wir sind oft in Stralsund und hatten immer gute Ferienwohnungen , diese jedoch war ein Reinfall. Für ein Wochenende kann man das machen für längere Zeit eher nicht!

Keine Parkmöglichkeit, keine Haltemöglichkeit, absolutes Halteverbot, Aus-und Einladen des Gepäcks nur mit Übertretung der STVO, zum Glück kam kein Ordnungsamt vorbei.

Ausser Fernsehen alles ok

Ein sehr guter Fernseher, allerdings gingen keine normalen Sender wie ARD usw. einzustellen, Satellit nicht möglich wurde angezeigt, Kabel? Scheinbar nur über Internet...Wir sind über 70, das war ein Problem, sogar für eine junge Mieterin in ihrem Haus

Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Wohnung.

Da es sich um 2 separate Zimmer handelt ist es etwas "umständlich ". Weniger geeignet für Familien und kleineren Kindern. Die Zimmer sind durch den Flur im Hauseingang getrennt.
