Stralsund, city break

Good Location, very close to the old city gate, next to a park with a beautiful lake. I also liked that the private parking space is included.

It was unclear if we were allowed to connect to the host's WiFi. There was no password provided. Luckily, we were mostly out, so we didn't need the WiFi internet connection that much.

I am looking forwards to going back

The street is quiet and pretty, although it is right next to the railway station. The room was lovely size and had everything we needed for our mini break: fridge, freezer, stove, wifi, shower and a comfy bed. There's Edeka right behind the corner, and the old town can be reached through a beautiful little walkway over the water. Owner went over and beyond to store our luggage on our arrival. (We were there earlier than when the room was ready.) And they informed us as soon as the room had been cleaned, in case we wanted to settle in a little earlier.

Clean, cozy, comfortable apartment with little kitchen and calm location

What to say? Picobello: clean, cozy, comfortable, calm. It was a little apartment, a comfortable sleeping room with an open kitchen, a separate bath room and even a small balcony attached. The kitchen allowed to shop groceries in town - getting some delicious fish fillet from Rasmus was a good idea - and to cook and have a good dinner in the apartment. The balcony looked calm and cozy as well - only the winter season was too cold, but that is not the balcony's fault. For the 1-2 little questions that occurred, the landlords responded instantly and extremely helpful. Thus, it was a highly enjoyable stay. Anything else to say? The location is calm and cozy, but still close enough to the city center: one has to walk for about 10 minutes only across the nearby white bridge with a beautiful view over the lake to Kütertor, the direct entrance to the city center. In Stralsund, about everything - maybe except for Rügen - can be reached on foot in few minutes, so the perfect distance for an evening stroll. And those who do not want to walk Stralsund's old town or at the lake side with the stars shining above you, will not want to walk anywhere.

Great place to stay to explore Stralsund

A lovely place to stay near to the centre of Stralsund. 5 minutes walk from the railway station, about 10 minutes easy stroll into the town centre, through a quiet area and across the Knieperteich. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities, basic cooking essentials provided. Quiet and sheltered balcony.

The room seemed a little smaller than expected on arrival, but there was plenty of space to put our things for the week's stay. Chairs seemed a little oversized for the table and consequently we found them a little difficult to adjust (but this is personal preference)

Zentrumnahe Lage inklusive Parkplatz. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Sehr nette Kommunikation via SMS. Es gab Kaffee, Tee, Wasser in der Flasche, sogar ein Weihnachtsgesteck machte alles total gemütlich. Uns hat es an nichts gehlt.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal im Sommerhaus Seidel und schätzen die sauberen, gut ausgestatteten Wohnungen.

Die Unterkunft ist stets hervorragend sauber und die Vermieter sind außergewöhnlich freundlich. Die Lage in der Nähe zur Altstadt ist ideal, und der Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus ist sehr praktisch. Auch die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnungen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben diesmal zwei Ferienwohnungen im Sommerhaus Seidel gewählt und waren bereits zum dritten Mal dort. Inzwischen kennen wir alle drei Zimmer – und jedes davon ist wirklich super. Sehr praktisch ist außerdem der Schlüsselsafe, der eine flexible und unkomplizierte An- und Abreise ermöglicht.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral an einem schönen See gelegen man konnte schnell in die Innenstadt.

Gemütliche, kleine Ferienwohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung.

Der Vermieter Mario war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt, im Gegenteil, es war mehr als man gewohnt ist. Der Platz in der FeWo war großzügig und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist top, in 10min ist man am Hauptmarkt.

Da das Haus an einer Straße liegt, sollte man beim Schlafen an Verkehr gewöhnt sein.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Stralsund

Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt. Das kontaktlose Ein- und Auschecken ist prima. Alles ist schön sauber und die Betten bequem.

FeWo 3 war uns viel zu laut. Die Straße besteht aus Kopfsteinpflaster und mit geöffnetem Fenster einfach unglaublich laut.

Eine Woche Stralsund

Die Lage zur Innenstadt war super. 10 Minuten zur Altstadt und der Hafen war nicht weit. Also Auto konnte beruhigt stehen bleiben. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und konnten sie in einem kleinem Fahrradhäuschen unterstellen. Dieser war abschließbar. Das Bett war super und die Einrichtung im maritimen Stil einfach nur schön. Ich habe die Regendusche sehr genossen.

Das Wetter 🤣 🌦🌧⛈️ Also wirklich störend, wenn man es nicht gewohnt ist, war der Straßenlärm. 🛻🚙🚍 Durch die Pflastersteine war er besonders laut. Hätte ich vorher nicht gedacht. Also -> Ohropax 👍😃 Denn mit geschlossenen Fenstern unter dem Dach schlafen, wer es kann 🤷‍♀️ wir konnten es nicht.

Geräumiges, hübsches Zimmer - fußläufig zur Innenstadt

Ein sehr hübsch eingerichtetes, großes, helles Doppelzimmer. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein großer Park als auch ein Supermarkt, bei dem man alles für das Frühstück einkaufen kann. Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zur Innenstadt (Rathaus, Dom). Für die Fahrräder gibt es einen extra Schuppen, in dem man sie unkompliziert parken kann.

An der Wohnung führt eine gut befahrene Straße entlang. Allerdings ist sie abends und nachts relativ ruhig. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass die Wohnung bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr warm wird. Wir hatten ca. 22 Grad und trotzdem war die Wohnung ziemlich warm.

Schlüsselübergabe mit Türcode klappte einwandfrei. Küche super ausgestattet. Kaffee, Tee, Öl, Mehl alles vorhanden. Hauptbahnhof in der Nähe und Buslinie vor der Tür.

Ein Busfahrplan oder eine Straßenkarte wäre schön gewesen.

Günstige Unterkunft in Bahnhofsnähe

Die Unterkunft liegt nur 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof, war deshalb gut geeignet als Basislager für Tagesausflüge. Supermarkt in der Nähe, und fußläufig zur Altstadt und Hafen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und nett eingerichtet, und die Kitchenette war gut ausgestattet, aber mit ein paar Mängeln. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr ruhig, könnte im Sommer problematisch sein wegen Pflastersteinfahrbahn mit einigen Bussen.

Das Bett war nicht so bequem, etwas durchgelegene Matratzen, konnte aber allein in der Mitte des großen Doppelbetts dann gut schlafen. Merkte erst am letzten Abend, dass der Herd nicht funktionierte oder ich zu blöd war, ihn zu benutzen. Den "Schalter" der Nachttischlampe fand ich auch eher zufällig, man musste den Stiel berühren. Ähnlich das Licht über der Spüle, da findet man eher zufällig eine Mini-Fernbedienung. Solche "Extras" sollten in einer Ferienunterkunft vermieden werden. Die Dusche hätte auch etwas größer ausfallen können, man kann sich darin kaum umdrehen.

Eine rundum tolle Ferienwohnung.

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind insgesamt sehr schön eingerichtet und haben alles, was man für ein paar Tage Entspannung braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentrumsnah.

Bei der Dusche wäre etwas mehr Wasserdruck schön. Die direkt am Grundstück liegende Hauptstraße ist teilweise schon ganz schön laut. Und die Matratze war uns leider viel zu weich, aber das empfindet ja jeder anders.
