Good stay

The room was beautifully set up and very comfortable. Thoughtful touches and lighting, a nice bathroom. Lovely, quiet spot in the old town.

Their automated replies invite you to email them about anything but then they didn't reply to any messages. I didn't love the 10:00 checkout time and the requirement to arrive between 15-18:00, which seemed silly since it's just a lock box to get in anyway.

Hierher kommen wir gerne zurück, nachdem ein Fernseher installiert wurde.

Das Appartment liegt zentral in der Innenstadt, nur wenige Meter vom Rathausplatz entfernt. Von hier aus ist man schnell am Wasser, für uns war die Lage genau richtig.

In jedem Appartement sollte heutzutage ein Fernseher zur Standardeinrichtung gehören. Die Matratzen empfanden wir als zu hart, ein Topper könnte Abhilfe schaffen. Die Birne im Bad flackerte mitunter, hier wäre mal ein Austausch fällig.

Solide Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub

Die Lage, die Altstadt, die Umgebung… wunderschöne Häuser, Gebäude und Kirchen. Das Bad in der Unterkunft (Wohnung zwei) ist sehr geschmackvoll. Checkin und Checkout funktioniert völlig problemlos.

Leider haben wir schmutziges Geschirr vorgefunden, Reste und Haare auf dem Fußboden. Mit dem empfohlenen Parkhaus (am Meeresmuseum) hatten wir leider auch Probleme, hatten eine Mehrtageskarte am Automat gezogen, welche bei der Ausfahrt ungültig war. Dementsprechend mussten wir einen Tag mehr bezahlen. Dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts.

Zentral gelegen, nicht weit vom Ozeaneum

Sehr gute Lage um Stralsund zu erkunden, Parkhaus gleich ums Eck (4 Gehminuten). Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, schönes Bad, alles sauber und ordentlich. Handtuchwärmer im Bad macht's gemütlich.

Fenster in unserem Apartment etwas ungünstig gelegen, daher die Vorhänge fast dauerhaft zugezogen

Hatten nur Kurzurlaub, aber der war gut.

Die Lage im Altstadtkern der Stadt macht Stadtrundgänge und Besichtigungen sehr angenehm. Trotz zentraler Lage relativ ruhig. Obwohl kein Vermieterkontakt stattfand, klappte Schlüsselübergabe und Einchecken problemlos.

Die Parkplatzsituation im Altstadtbereich ist immer ein Problem. In Laufweite sind aber Parkhäuser vorhanden.

Wuuuunnnnderschööööön

Sehr sehr saubere Unterkunft, sehr leise, super zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus Nr. 4 vom Bahnhof bis Kniepertor, das ist fast vor der Haustür, Top. Alles was man braucht in absoluter Fußnähe. 5 Minuten zum Hafen, 2 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Bad ist wunderbar, die Küche hat alles was man für einen Aufenthalt so in klein benötigt. Bett ist bequem und sauber. Ich habe es genossen das es keinen Fernseher gab in meinem Apartment :) . Das Personal war ein Traum, suuuuper Nett und mega Hilfsbereit. Hiermit nochmals ein Riesen Dankeschöööönnnn 💝. Wir würden auf alle Fälle hier wieder buchen . Kleiner Tip noch zum Essen. Wer die beste Pizza in Stralsund meiner Meinung nach essen möchte geht am Marktplatz zu, la mia Lilli. Mega schöner Hinterhof, der schön Windstill ist. Und nun einen schönen Urlaub im wunderschönem & ober netten Stralsund .

Kleines, modern eingerichtetes Studio Mitten im Herzen von Stralsund

Wir haben im Studio Nr. 2 übernachtet, das sehr modern und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet ist und wir in einem sehr guten Zustand vorgefunden haben. Das Studio war sehr sauber. Die festeren Matratzen fanden wir gut. Die Ausstattung der kleinen Küche ist praktisch und zweckmäßig. Die geräumige Dusche hat uns gut gefallen.

Leider gab es keine Kaffeemaschine, sondern nur eine French Press-Kanne. Damit konnten wir umgehen, hätten uns aber lieber eine Maschine gewünscht. Trotz zwei Strahlern ist der Küchenbereich etwas dunkel. Am Waschbecken fehlte uns eine Ablage für Kosmetikartikel und Haken für die Handtücher.

Gute zentrale Lage in der Altstadt

Sehr gute Lage und auch recht ruhig. Alles ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist sauber und nett eingerichtet.

Leider ist ein Check Inn erst ab 16 Uhr möglich....das ist ziemlich spät, zumal man sein Gepäck nicht unterstellen kann. Nicht jeder Gast reist mit dem Auto an. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass man sein Gepäck am Bahnhof in ein Schliessfach einschliessen könnte.
