Very nice room close to the Old Town

Comfortable, bright, clean room. The was everything we needed: the fridge, kettle, plates, cups, hairdryer. Close to the Old Town, with parking place. Key was in the keybox. The price was really attractive. We recommend the place for a short stay!

The room was a little narrow, but for a short stay with small suitcase it was ok ;-)

Whilst their were positives, the attitude of the host detracted from the overall experience

Central location, good room.

Upon calling the host regarding a problem with the code mechanism, I met with an unhelpful and unsympathetic response. I arrived in the early evening and it was already dark, which complicated setting the entry code on the lock mechanism as the surrounding area was insufficiently lit. On a lesser note all written communication by the host was in German which may present a challenge to no-German speaking guests.

Superb experience.

What I like the most is the convenience. I have requested for an early Check-in and since my room was prepared early, my wish was granted. hassle-free check in and check out. I will definitely come back.

Very good

A smallish but comfy and clean room with a bathroom, fridge, electric kettle and coffee maker (no coffee or filters provided, though). Great location close to the Old Town, the train station and a Penny market.

Not a problem for me but there's no reception. The mattress wasn't very comfortable. No possibility to leave luggage before check-in or after check-out time. The bike rack in the backyard isn't compatible with wide MTB tires over 2.0'.

Good room but non-communicative host

Clean, comfortable and close to city centre. Good parking.

When we arrived to the apartment late in the evening, someone else had occupied it. When we talked to them, they let us know that also their room had been occupied by someone else. When we called the host he didn’t speak sufficient English which made communication difficult. We finally got another room, but we didn’t feel that the host made an effort for us to feel welcomed, nor did he express any apologies for the inconvenience. We would have appreciated to get a message about the room change prior to arrival to avoid this situation.

Apartment was nice to some degree. It was clean and toilet was nice.

Das war mein 2. Aufenthalt und ich komme jederzeit gern wieder.

Die Flexibilität der Gastgebenden fand ich toll und unkompliziert. Ich mag ruhige und zurückgezogene Lagen. Trotzdem ist man in maximal 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß beim Supermarkt und in 5 Minuten an der Bushaltestelle. Das Auto kann an der Pension geparkt werden und steht sicher dort.

Uns hat es gut gefallen und das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist für mein Empfinden hervorragend.

Die Unterkunft ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße am Rand der Altstadt. Zu Fuß ist die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber, Handtücher waren in der Buchung enthalten. Der Kontakt war hervorragend und alles war wie beschrieben. Das Bett war bequem und unser Aufenthalt war völlig in Ordnung.

Die Einrichtung ist etwas älter, aber ohne Mängel oder defekte.

Altstadtnah-15 Minuten Gehzeit ins Zentrum, Für ein Wochenendaufenthalt sehr gut, alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt.

Es war ein sehr schönes Wochenende. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Es war sauber und für unsere Zwecke super geeignet. Betten waren bequem, kleine Kochecke zum Tee oder Kaffee kochen (was uns sehr gefreut hat) die Zimmer sind sauber,aufgeräumt und ruhig. Sehr Stadt nah. Parkplatz vor der Tür.

bis in die Altstadt nur wenige Gehminuten, ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet mit meist Einfamilienhäusern. Um die Ecke ein Supermarkt, Parkplätze kostenlos vorhanden Zum Bahnhof Stralsund nicht weit - bequem fußläufig zu erreichen.

Betten könnten mal erneuert werden Insgesamt sauber - aber die Dusche lief beim ersten benutzen nicht ab - Grund war ein Haarbüschel vom Vorgänger. Das mehr als Hinweis für zukünftige Reinigungsaktionen ;-)

Ruhiges und bequemes Zimmer in sehr günstigen Lage.

Sehr ruhige Lage nahe der Altstadt. Zimmer ausreichend groß, Bad ebenso, bequem zu nutzen. Es hat alles gut funktioniert. Betten bequem, sehr gut geschlafen.

Nichts ernsthaft zu bemängeln, alles ganz solide, etwas Herausragendes haben wir allerdings auch nicht feststellen können.

Gerne wieder

Großes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Heißwasserkocher. Sehr sauber, gute Lage um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Penny in der Nähe.

Das Haus von außen etwas in die Jahre gekommen, man hört in der Nähe die Bundesstraße. Ich bin aber auch sehr empfindlich. Bei geschlossenen Fenster hört man sie nicht.

Preiswert und für ein paar Nächte gut

Das Zimmer 4 ist schlicht und ansprechend eingerichtet, das Bett bequem, der kleine Kühlschrank praktisch, aber etwas laut. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Becher, Gläser, Teller und Besteck sind vorhanden (ein Schwamm und etwas Spülmittel fehlen jedoch, die Gläser waren schmutzig).

Durch die voluminösen Vorhänge, die an der Dachschräge angebracht sind, wird das kleine Doppelzimmer noch weiter eingeengt, sodass man auf der Fensterseite kaum Platz zum Aufstehen hat. Es gibt nur einen Nachttisch, auf der anderen Bettseite steht ein Kleiderschrank mit drei Kleiderbügeln für zwei Personen. Keine Steckdosen und Leselampen am Bett, nur ein schwaches Nachtlicht mit USB-Anschluss. Bettwäsche aus Synthetik, nicht aus Baumwolle. Das Duschwasser reicht nur für eine Person, für zwei sollte man vielleicht besser voll aufheizen. Bei der Anreise war im WC viel Klopapier, keine gute Arbeit des Reinigungspersonals, ansonsten war das Zimmer aber sauber.

Zimmer in super Lage, in 20min Fuß in der Altstadt Stralsund oder 2min zum Supermarkt/Bäcker. Weiches Bett, Mini Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher/Kaffeemaschine. Ruhige Lage und Parkplätze vor Ort.

Die Handtücher waren frisch.

Ein Zimmer mit Wasserkocher wurde als " Ferienwohnung " angeboten. Die Einrichtung war spartanisch und alt. An einer Bettseite war ein Tischchen mit einer ungeladenen Akkulampe. Keine Steckdose. Kein Ladekabel. Man kann sich im Zimmer kaum drehen weil es so klein war. Ein Koffer hätte nicht reingepasst. Das Bett war unbequem und ausgelegen. Die Lage ist ca 2 km von Stadtzentrum leider fährt kein Bus in diese Gegend.
