Perfect location in the old town, in the middle of the cute little streets, and just 2 minute walk to the harbor. Modern and very clean apartment. Very practical and convenient. Perfect size for a couple. It was absolutely lovely.

The ad said double bed but actually it was two separate single beds. We put them together so it was fine, but unexpected.

Good quality holiday accommodation in Stralsund old city

The information provided on the apartment as well as excellent communication from the host let us expect a lot. However, the apartment was even better. Very well designed, good quality materials, perfectly clean. Even the kitchen had excellent equipment, also considering that this is an apartment for four persons. Parking in the old city is difficult, but the host had an arrangement with local parking (we had a card for another parking facility though).

Located on the top floor, the apartment might get hot during the day, but using the shades in the windows and skylight ventilation this could be managed.

Sehr schönes Appartement, alles sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Super Lage, in paar Minuten in der Fußgängerzone oder am Hafen. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Schöne Geste war der bereitgestellt Kaffee.

Der Schlafbereich im oberen Bereich ist etwas hellhörig, man hört die Stimmen aus dem Nachbarappertement.

Gute Lage, schöne Wohnung alles da!Sauber!

Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Innenstadt, Lebensmittelmarkt ca. 5 Minuten, Hafen 5 Minuten, Hbf 10 Minuten entfernt .In der Unterkunft war alles gut durchdacht, sortiert und griffbereit vorhanden. Vom Kugleschreiber bis zur Geschirrspülmaschine hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Für ältere Menschen die nicht gut und trittsicher gehen können, ist der Schlafdachboden mit den zwei Betten über die schmale und steile Treppe, eventuell schwierig erreichbar.

Unbeschwerte Urlaubstage in Stralsund

Die Ferienwohnung liegt unweit von der Altstadt entfernt. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Rathaus und Hafen. Lobend möchte ich auch die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Familie Timm hervorheben.

Die Balkonmöbel waren leider nicht gesäubert.

Außergewöhnlich

Wir haben die gemütliche, hervorragend ausgestattete Wohnung sehr genossen. Eine einladende Terrasse, das große Bad sowie die Nutzung des Raumes unter der Treppe als Garderobe haben uns sehr gefallen. Hilfreich waren die Taschentuchboxen in allen Zimmern. Die zentrale Lage ließ sämtliche Ziele (auch den Bahnhof für uns Zugreisende) gut erreichen.

Nichts hat uns nicht gefallen. Wenn jemand allerdings 2 Schlafzimmer bucht, sollte man vielleicht davon ausgehen, dass beide genutzt werden. Das konnten wir selbst schnell ändern.
