Very convenient, well equipped base from which to explore Stralsund and Ruegen

Good location for exploring the Altstadt and Hafen, just 15 mins’ easy walk from the train station. It was so nice to have a supply of ground coffee for the machine!

The plastic plants and ornaments on almost every horizontal surface!

Chairs for the outside terrace would have been nice. Unable to turn radiators on for the apartment as likely heating is controlled seasonally for the whole apartment block.

A really comfortable flat in a great central location in the old town - great value.

Excellent comfortable flat in great central location. WIFI was excellent, and everything else worked well, kitchen well equipped, nice sitting room seperate from bedroom.

Parking is 3 or 4 minutes walk away, but pretty convenient really.

Kann ich nur empfehlen

Vom Abholen der Schlüssel übers Parken im Parkhaus und dann dem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war alles einfach nur klasse. Ausser seiner Verpflegung war alles vorhanden , also einfach rein in die Wohnung und sich wohlfühlen. Zu Fuss zum Einkaufen, zum Bus , zum Hafen, in die Altstadt oder an den See war kein Problem alles dicht dabei.

Nicht gefallen kann ich nicht sagen nur etwas mehr (Ge)würze wären toll.Da ich aber nicht zum ersten Mal in einer Ferienwohnung war hatte ich Gewürze wie Salz und Pfeffer mit .

Gemütliche Auszeit und Stadterkundung

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet, es gibt eine schöne Auswahl an Keramikgeschirr und viele Küchenutensilien. Außerdem war es wirklich sauber. Der freundliche Vermieter war sehr gut erreichbar. Durch die Lage am Rand der Altstadt bietet die Wohnung eine gute Basis für Stadterkundungen und schöne Spaziergänge am Sund. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

Problemlose An- und Abreise, sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, im Vorfeld sehr gute und wertvolle Tipps vom Vermieter erhalten, die vieles erleichtert haben. Insbesondere hat uns die kostenlose Parkkarte vom Parkhaus sehr gefallen und geholfen. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist optimal, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen zu können.

Mir sind keine negativen Punkte aufgefallen.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung inmitten der Altstadt

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist bombastisch zumal ein Parkplatz (kostenlos) im Parkhaus am Ozeaneum inbegriffen ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach ausgestattet, hat aber alles was es für einen Urlaub braucht. Doch das allerbeste ist die Konversation mit dem Vermieter, von der Anreisebeschreibung bis hin zu Fragen, falls man noch eine hat... So sollte es eigentlich immer sein!

Schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung

Sehr saubere, geräumige und nett eingerichtete Wohnung. Ideal in der Altstadt gelegen, um alles Wichtige fußläufig zu erreichen. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe. Stellplätze für Fahrräder gibt’s im Innenhof (sogar Regen-Hauben für die Bikes liegen bereit). Würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

Können wir gerne weiterempfehlen.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat ausgezeichnet funktioniert und war sehr hilfreich. Bei der Schlüsselübergabe wurden wir herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war schön, geräumig, sehr gut ausgesattet und sehr ruhig, trotz ihrer Lage nah am Altstadtkern. Positiv bei dem doch recht frischem Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts war auch die ausgezeichnet funktionierende Heizung. Die Kücheneinrichtung war umfassend und alle Geräte haben gut funktioniert. Das Bett war groß und sehr bequem. Außerdem verfügte das Schlafzimmer über einen großen Schrank und eine Kommode, was oft nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist.

Es gab nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Die Gardinen könnten besser schließen, die Duschkabine dichter sein und der Abfluss geruchsfrei. Das WLAN könnte besser sein.

Wer das Gefühl kennenlernen will in einer UNESCO-Welterbestadt zu wohnen, ist hier genau richtig.

Größe der Wohnung war gut. Schlafzimmer nach hinten Richtung Hof war sehr ruhig. die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit in der ganzen Wohnung war sehr gut. Die Fußgängerzone und die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut fußläufig erreichbar. Das Parkhaus, dessen Nutzung inclusive ist, liegt auch nur ca. 350 - 400m entfernt.

Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer fanden wir nicht bequem. es gibt komfortablere Sitzmöglichkeiten. Liegt vielleicht an unserem Alter (70), daß wir das so empfinden.
