Die Altbauwohnung ist ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet alles, was man so braucht. Sie liegt zentral in der Altstadt, wobei das Schlafzimmer zum Hof ausgerichtet und somit herrlich ruhig ist. Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener Parkplatz im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus.

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt. Der er ikke ret langt til til havnen og heller ikke ret langt til strøget med mange forskellige butikker og supermarked.
Man kan ikke parkere ved lejlighed, men man får en brik til at P-hus, så man kan holde gratis under opholdet.
