Functional one bedroom pad with all amenities. Communication could & should be better

All of the listed facilities are present, but property doesn’t match the pictures. Great washing machine On-site parking (although we did nearly get blocked in on our last morning)

The advertisement shows pictures for two different properties. Still waiting from Booking.com over mis-selling & compensation. Booking confirmation for two people & yet they had only made up a single single duvet & left out one set of towels. (Resolved) Bathroom light not working (reported at the end, as other lesser light worked) Front AND kitchen doors both stick on the hall floor! Nearly got blocked into the driveway on the last morning after someone parked close our car and near the gates.

Udany pobyt. Bardzo dobry apartament. Trochę z niewykorzystanym potencjałem.

Duży, przestronny apartament. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Czysty. Dobra lokalizacja w cichej okolicy. 10-15 minut spacerkiem do oceanarium i starego miasta. Pobyt udany, oceniam na dobre 8/10. Kilka małych niedogodności generalnie nie rzutuje na dobrą ocenę i myślę, że właściciel, jeśli zechce, szybko to naprawi. Apartament w zabytkowym budynku, wewnątrz wyremontowany. Szkoda, że meble, wystój, wyposażenie nie nawiązują spójnie do całości. Polecam!

Zamek wejściowy do drzwi apartamentu nie jest całkiem sprawny i trzeba poświęcić dłuższą chwilę żeby go otworzyć. To irytujące. Piekarnik niestety nie działa. Na trzydniowy pobyt dla czterech osób otrzymaliśmy jedną niepełną rolkę papieru toaletowego. Jak poprosiliśmy o więcej, to otrzymaliśmy odpowiedź, żeby sobie dokupić. To niespotykane.

Sehr gute Unterkunft für Pärchen für einen kurzen Städtetrip

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen, so dass man binnen 10 Minuten am Hafen/Altstadt war. Stralsund ist wunderschön! Die Ausstattung war gut und es hat uns eigentlich an nichts gefehlt. In unmittelbarerer Nähe gibt es u.a. einen REWE und auch eine Apotheke. Es war sauber und der Vermieter, welchen wir nicht getroffen haben, hat binnen weniger Minuten auf Nachrichten per Whatsapp reagiert. Außerdem konnten wir nach Absprache sogar direkt in der Einfahrt parken.

Für ein Pärchen ist die Wohnung optimal! Für uns mit drei Kindern leider nur eine Notlösung für 2-3 Tage. Das größte Problem ist, dass man bei mehr als zwei Personen das Sofa in ein Bett verwandeln muss und somit das Wohn- & Esszimmer dann schon sehr eng ist. Was man auch wissen muss: Die Unterkunft ist eigebettet zwischen hohen Nachbarhäusern, von welchen aus man permanent in die Fenster schauen kann, wenn man nicht die Plissees immer komplett vor den Fenstern hat. Dadurch kommt man sich etwas "eingesperrt" vor. Schön wäre es noch, wenn man das Wlan Passwort direkt irgendwo als Info finden könnte. Dieses wurde uns aber auf nachfrage schnell mitgeteilt.
