Die Lage super! Die Nachbarn sehr Laut!

Badezimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand. Aber Sauber! Haupteingangstür schließt nicht! Konnte nur abgeschlossen werden. Die Mieter waren sauer! Die Wohnungen ist gleich neben dem Eingang. Diese Tür ist nicht bündig und es zog füchterlich.

Das dort die Möglichkeit besteht selbst zu kochen.

Die Hauseingangstür quietscht, schleift und ist echt schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen. Es gibt leider kein Föhn.... So war das Zimmer wirklich sehr sauber nur wurde im SpülSchrank der Müll nicht gelert.

Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Es war sehr hellhörig. Der Lärm der Straße war jederzeit gegenwärtig. Die Haustür ist beim Öffnen und Schließen sehr laut.

Unterkunft in EG mit angrenzender Kopfsteinpflasterstraße

Zentrale Lage zwischen Altstadt und Hafen. Gute Küchenausstattung mit Induktionskochfeld.

Hauseingangstür schleift auf Schwelle und somit kaum Schließbar, steht daher meist offen. Sicherheit? Wohnungseingangstür, einfache Holzzimmertür mit Klinke Flurseitig, keine Einbruchhemmung, kein Schallschutz und Wohnung daher sehr hellhörig zum Flur. Fenster ohne Schallschutz an stark befahrener Kopfsteinpflasterstraße im Erdgeschoss. Durchgehender Verkehrslärm von 4.00 bis 0.00 Uhr. WC-Nische durch Heizkörper sehr beengt. Keine Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder.

Zimmer zur gepflasterten strasse, sehr laut durch autos, fenster konnten wegen strasse und direktem gehweg davor weder geoeffnet noch ohne jalousie verwendet werden, klospühlung leicht kaputt, hauseingangstür kaputt, hellhoerig,keine parkmoeglichkeit rundum, zimmer billig gemacht und teuer verkauft
