Was fine but we were not given the property we ordered and were sold.

Big apartment, clean , people were friendly.

The description was not what we paid for. The site sold us on an apartment with a kids playground over looking the sea. The pictures were that of the sea and kids playground and massive garden.The address led us to this location but on arrival we were told to meet them somewhere else and our apartment was not what was sold to us. They put us in a compleely different apartment and location.

The photos of the outerior of the appartment are from other appartments at a different location. If we would have known where and how it was situated, we would not have booked this appartment.

Beautiful location with a sea view

Awesome location and very big apartment. Would be really great in warmer season as there is a big back yard with chairs and tables and a sea view.

There is a construction work on the upper floor and it was smelling like paint, wood all the time. If you are allergic to these smells, it's better to take another apartment or wait until the construction is over.

Fantastic nature place and value for money

Superb location. The Host is genuinely fond of the place and has shared lots of local touristic perspective with us - he actually made our agenda. Very quiet at night. The apartment is very spacious (especially bathroom/shower) and cosy. There is a safe and beautiful pathway ("promenade", "hiking path") from the house along the Baltic seacoast for kilometers away (3-5 km). Scenic views of the Ruegen Island along this hike. Nearby beer supermarket as a bonus :). Heartily recommended.

Unerwartet aber mal anders.

Die Töpfe hinter der Heizung. Die Elektrik, die aus der Wand gekuckt hat. Die Steckdose in der Köche,die fast abgefallen ist. Das Sofa, wo Familie Hempel drauf geschlafen hat. Man hat aus jedem Fenster gucken können. Aber mann wollte es nicht.

Nur der Standort !

Alles zusammen gesuchte Möbel , Fußboden hatte 3 unterschiedliche Niveaus. Mülleimer steht im Sichtbereich ( gelber Sack) , Couch war sehr schmierig. Auch das Futonbett war nicht so gut. Der Garten war groß aber total ungepflegt. Es stand überall Müll rum. Und und und……

Sonne am Sund nie wieder

Die Nähe zum Wasser

Wir beginnen bei der Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. Die Parkflächen sind eng und recht steil. Außerdem liegt nur Schotter aus und zum Teil ist der Bordstein nicht richtig abgesenkt, sodass das Parken sehr abenteuerlich war. Das Apartment war sehr dreckig. Von Wollmäusen in den Schränken, dreckige Matratzen, versiffter Backofen und Essensresten im Kühlschrank, in der Kaffeemaschine und auf dem Tisch bis hin zu benutztem Besteck in der Schublade war alles dabei. Nach Bemängelung wurden die beanstandeten Dinge einigermaßen gereinigt. Leider lief der Bezug der einen Matratze ein was zur Folge hatte, dass sie kleiner und buckelig und damit für uns trotzdem nicht zu nutzen war. Auch nicht zu nutzen war der Pfannenwender, die Wokpfanne (Teflonbeschichtung total zerkratzt), und zwei Platten vom Herd. Außerdem glich die Unterkunft mehr einer Baustelle als einem Apartment. Schon im Eingangsbereich, der mit Backstein gepflastert wurde, fehlten Steine, sodass erhebliche Stolperfallen da waren. In der Wohnung selbst waren Teile der Wände nicht gestrichen, es guckten Kabel aus den Wänden und Decken, hier und da ragten Nägel und Schrauben aus den Balken und zwar in der Höhe, dass man sich dran verletzten könnte. Eine Stelle mussten wir mit Mobiliar absichern, damit sich unsere Kinder nicht verletzten. Im Badezimmer fiel erst der Spiegel und dann das ganze Regal von der Wand weil dieses nicht korrekt aufgehangen wurde. Insgesamt machte das schief zusammengebaute Mobiliar (vor allem in der Küche) und die wackeligen Schränke einen recht lieblosen Eindruck. Außerdem ist der Fußboden deutlich schief und es fehlten auch diverse Leisten/ Abdeckungen. Leider hatte man diesen verwahrlosten Eindruck auch bei der eigentlich schönen, großen Dachterrasse. Da war das Geländer auch mit, wie es schien, Bauresten zusammengeschustert. Und mit einem sicheren Geländer hatte das auch nichts zu tun.

Es war noch etwas Baustelle im Haus und es war kein tv Gerät vorhanden was uns erst in der Unterkunft mitgeteilt wurde.

Nicht noch einmal.

Die Lage der Apartements direkt an der Ostssee ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Vom Ende des Grundstücks, direkt am Steilhang der Ostsee hat man einen tollen Blick über Stralsund. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.

Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung lässt absolut zu wünschen übrig. Eigentlich sehr schade, denn diese Apartements haben Potenzial. Desweiteren ist die bauliche Verarbeitung sehr interessant und man ist überrascht und erstaunt mit welchen Mitteln und Herangehensweisen hier Dinge umgesetzt wurden. Anzumerken ist auch, das die Wohnungen nicht über Privatsphäre in Form von blickdichten Gardinen oder Plisses verfügen, teilweise nicht einmal im Schlafzimmer. Da besteht meiner Meinung nach dringender Handlungsbedarf. Auch ein Rauchmelder und Feuerlöscher war nicht vorhanden, dies sollte der Betreiber dringend ändern.

Wunderbarer Ort für eine Auszeit.

Es hat uns rundum gut gefallen. Gute Lage direkt am Wasser mit großem Garten. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich.Die Gastgeber sind super nett und zuvorkommend.
