Für jeden was dabei :-)

Die Lage für uns als Familie war einfach ein Traum, da man vieles Fussläufig erreichen konnte oder kurze Wege mit dem Auto hatte. Die Wohnung war groß, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Im Wohnzimmer konnte man direkt aus dem Dachfenster auf das Wasser schauen. Nach einem kurzen netten Telefonat wussten wir dann auch, wo wir mal eben die Wäsche waschen konnten. Unser Highlight war die riesige Dusche und der Balkon, auf dem wir jeden Abend ausklingen lassen konnten. Wir waren im Meeresmuseum, Ozeaneum, Altstadt Tour, Shopping Center Strelapark, Rügen Baumwipfelpfad, Hanse Dom, Karls Erdbeerhof Zirkow und eine Hafenrundfahrt- es gibt also viel zu erleben:-)

Wenn die steile Treppe und die fehlenden 2 Bäder nicht wären, wäre es eine super schöne Wohnung.

Die Wohnung war gemütlich, hell und geräumig. Betten und Matratzen waren gut. Die Wohnung war sauber .

Die Wohnung war mit 2 Bädern angegeben, das ist nicht der Fall. Es handelt sich um eine Dusche mit Waschbecken und um ein separates WC mit Waschbecken. Die Fernseher gingen beide nicht. Kein TV möglich. Das Treppenhaus vom 1. Obergeschoss zum 2. Obergeschoss ist sehr, sehr steil und ohne Handlauf auf beiden Seiten . Wir mussten uns einen jungen Mann beim hoch und runtersteigen organisieren. Das mit der steilen Treppe muß unbedingt in die Beschreibung der Wohnung. Mikrowelle war keine vorhanden.

Sehr gute Lage mit kostenloser Parkmöglichkeit. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Unkomplizierter und zuverlässiger Check-in.

Moderne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Sehr schöne, helle und freundliche Wohnung, modern und sauber. Bad und WC getrennt. Kleine Dachterrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. Sehr schöne Lage, nur drei Bushaltestellen vom Bahnhof entfernt, direkt am Park gelegen. Hafen, Ozeaneum und Altstadt sind zu Fuß schnell und gut zu erreichen. Klare Empfehlung für einen kurzen Städtetrip!

Man sollte Folgendes wissen: - Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und ist nur über eine sehr schmale und steile Treppe zu erreichen., also etwas beschwerlich. - Für Leute, die gerne kochen, ist die Küche ungeeignet, da Herd und Spüle direkt unter der Dachschräge stehen und große Menschen sich ständig den Kopf stossen - Die Schlafzimmer liegen zur Strasse raus, die mit Kopfsteinpflaster doch recht laut ist. Nachts aber total ruhig, weil Seitenstrasse.

Alt i alt et rigtig dejligt ophold.

Der var en rigtig god beliggenhed i gåafstand indenfor byen, samt park og offentlig strand meget tæt på. Derudover var der nogle gode store rum i lejligheden, gode soveværelser og toilet og badefaciliteter og et fint køkken.

Det eneste negative ved lejligheden er, at gulvet knirker ekstremt meget. Det gør at man skal liste meget rundt om aftenen, når børnene sover.

Schön in Stralsund

Die Lage ist super, alles ist in einem Umkreis von 20 Minuten Laufweg. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich und gut ausgestattet mit dem, was man so braucht. Wir haben uns auf die 2 Schlafzimmer aufgeteilt. Es gab genug Bettwäsche und Decken, das Schlafen war bequem.

Im Hochsommer können die Temperaturen in der Dachwohnung sehr stark steigen, was einen Aufenthalt nicht so bequem macht.

War alles sehr sauber und fast alles vorhanden. Sehr gute Lage.

Die Tv Programme haben nicht funktioniert. Nur eine Fernbedienung für 2 Geräte. In einem Schlafzimmer Matratze sehr weich. Dusche sehr rutschig. Nach dem duschen Bad etwas überschwemmt, leider kein Mop oder Bodentuch vorhanden. Eine Gardine oder Ähnliches am Balkonfenster wäre empfehlenswert. Wenn die Sonne scheint sehr hell und warm.

Top-Ferienwohnung, gute Organisation

Die Ansprechpartner waren vorab gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, zentral, sauber, modern eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die flexible Schlüsselübernahme war super, da wir sehr spät anreisten. Wir wären gern länger geblieben und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Grösse und die Ausstattung. Hatten einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar,bis zum Meer gerade mal 4 Minuten. Sehr ruhige Gegend und auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Für uns war es perfekt.

Super schöne Wohnung, sehr nah an der Altstadt, man alles zu Fuß erledigen. Sehr guter Service, ein nicht funktionierender Heizkörper wurde umgehend repariert. Stralsund ist eine Reise wert!

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung. Innenstadt ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Auch der Sund ist in gut 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.
