Ausstattung und Aufteilung der Zimmer.Sehr peppige Wohnung sogar mit überdachter Terasse. Nicht abschrecken lassen vom Äußeren des Hauses.Gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt hinter dem Haus.

Nur eine Kleigkeit,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zwei Steckdosen an jeder Seite vom Bett oder ein Stecker der das möglich macht wären schön. Bedienungsanleitung der Fußbodenheizung-aber wir haben es herausgefunden.

Für unsere Reisegruppe war alles perfekt

Wir sind mit 2 Paaren angereist und für uns war die Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Badezimmern absolut perfekt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es war alles sehr sauber. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Leider nervt die Straße ein wenig, sie ist doch ganz schön befahren.

Eine Ferienwohnung der Extraklasse!

Diese Fewo ist die schönste und best ausgestattete Wohnung, die ich je gemietet habe. So geräumig mit 3 Schlafzimmern, man kann problemlos 6 Menschen dort unterbringen, 2 Badezimmer , sehr bequeme Betten, eine Küchenzeile, die nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt, einen großen überdachten Balkon zum Draussensitzen und bei all dem eine sehr geschmackvolle Gestaltung, bei der alles stimmte, die Materialien, die Farben. Wir waren echt begeistert. Ich werde diese Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Da fällt mir nur eins ein, was noch besser sein könnte. Die Bedienung des TV war sehr schwierig. Wir haben eine Viertelstunde gebraucht, um das Erste Programm live zu finden. Für ältere Menschen ist das schwierig.

Sehr empfehlenswert für kürzere Aufenthalte, wir waren auf Durchreise, angenehme Atmosphäre.

Die Lage war praktisch für die Fahrt zur Fähre auf Rügen. Wohnung war gut eingerichtet, viele Platz, schöne Terrasse zum Hof hin.

Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtetes und ausgestattetes, großzügiges Apartment mit bequemen Betten, Waschmaschine, kompletter Küche etc. Ein Lebensmitteldiscounterbefindet sich in nur 5 Minuten Laufentfernung. Lage prima zum Sprung nach Rügen

Für einen Altstadtbummel war es etwas weit - aber das wussten wir schon vorher. Der einzige klitzekleine Manko war ein fehlendes Geschirrtuch.

Sehr gut, hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet. Bei besserem Wetter steht sogar eine Terrasse zur Verfügung. Checkin unkompliziert.

Die Lage direkt an der Straße könnte im Sommer bei offenem Fenster laut sein. Das Schlafzimmer nach hinten liegt aber ruhig.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Freundlicher Vermieter. Lage nicht zentral.

Eine neue, sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb. In ca. 20-25 Minuten erreicht man das Zentrum zu Fuß. Direkt am Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle, von der im 15-Minuten-Takt Busse ins Zentrum fahren kann. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat unsere Reklamation sofort und zufriedenstellend bearbeitet.

Die Wohnung liegt im EG, was leider das Öffnen der Fenster zur Straßenseite nicht möglich macht, da man sehr einfach vom Gehweg in die Wohnung einsteigen kann.

Nur die extrem laute Lage ist sehr zu bemängeln, alles andere hervorragend.

Sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Großzügige Zimmer, großer Balkon.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr belebten (auch nachts!!!) Straße am Kreisel. Dadurch war es nicht möglich nachts ein Fenster offen zu lassen, was den sehr guten Gesamteindruck erheblich schmälert.
