allgemeiner Zustand, Lage
Die Heizung hat teilweise von ca. 22.00 - 07.30 Uhr nicht gearbeitet! Die eingestellte Wassertemperatur in der Dusche aber auch an den Waschbecken war nicht konstant, insbesondere in der Dusche wurde das Wasser zwischenzeitlich auch mal recht frisch. Die Küche hatte keinerlei Gardine oder Rollo, wodurch man vom gegenüber liegendem Haus bis in die Dusche sehen konnte, wenn die Tür geöffnet wurde! Zwei geteilte Matratzen hätten gegenüber der durchgehenden Matratze einen deutlich geringeren Schaukeleffekt erzeugt.
