Right in the heart of Stralsund, available for up to 5 (max. 6) people
The newly renovated “Oberdeck Steuerbord” apartment is located on the first floor on the right side of our beautiful historic townhouse and measures approximately 60 square meters.
It features two separate bedrooms; one bedroom has a beautiful four-poster bed, and the other has two extra-large single beds (1.20 x 2.00) plus a small sleeper sofa. There’s also a comfortable sofa bed in the large living room, as well as a cozy dining table with 4–5 chairs.
As in all of our apartments, the living room is equipped with a large HDTV with cable and a Wi-Fi access point that ensures a stable connection for your computer and cell phone. There are also plenty of games for a game night with friends, as well as books to browse through.
The apartment features a large, stylish bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a washing machine.
In the kitchen, a four-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven and a microwave make it easy to prepare your own meals. A refrigerator with a freezer keeps your food fresh—a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, and much more make the kitchen a perfectly equipped space for a delicious breakfast or even hot meals.
Nestled among the island paradises of Rügen, Hiddensee, Usedom, and Fischland-Darß-Zingst, nestled in the picturesque landscape of the Vorpommern Bodden Coast, lies the Hanseatic city of Stralsund.
Our quiet vacation apartments and vacation home are located in the Old Town, right next to the Old Market, which is less than 50 meters away. The theater, the beautiful town hall, the tourist information center, and the harbor are just a 2-minute walk away.
Shopping options are available right nearby. A supermarket is a 250-meter walk across the Old Market. The pedestrian zone between the Old and New Markets, with many shops, begins just 100 meters away. Many restaurants and breakfast cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The harbor and the Ozeaneum are a 10–12-minute walk away.
If you’re arriving by car, there are several parking garages available in the Old Town.
The parking garages at the Maritime Museum, the Ozeaneum, and the harbor offer multi-day tickets for 8 EUR per day (ticket office/card payment only). Paid electric vehicle charging stations are also available there.
Bicycles can be parked (uncovered) in the courtyard. The courtyard is accessible via 5 steps and is reserved exclusively for guests of the property. E-bikes can also be charged in the courtyard (outlet in the side building).
All apartments have access to the shared washing machine on the top floor. A clothes rack for drying your laundry is available in every vacation apartment.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
