Nice stay

The apartment is very nice and clean. The location is very comfortable. 3 minutes walking from the bus stop and 10 minutes from the train station. The owner was very kind and answered all our questions. Strongly recommended.

The guide should be translated at least in English, just to know the basic rules of the house. It would be nice to have some coffee or tea for breakfast.

Location is great! Close to old town Center and only 15 min by walk to the train station! Flat is lovely, bed is comfortable, good Wi-Fi! Comfy, nice and useful apartment . Check in/out easiest! On terrace you can leave bicycle and have a breakfast 👍

Some parts of flat need renovation. Towels better change, they are smell and look not good.

Gut gelegen, aber nicht für jedermann/-frau geeignet.

Lage unmittelbar in der historischen Altstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Hafen gut erreichbar. Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden.

In der Küche wäre bei 4 Personen mehr als eine Tablette für die Spülmaschine nett. Auch etwas Salz oder Zucker ist sonst in Ferienwohnungen vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr klein und das Zusatzzimmer im Souterrain nur für Menschen geeignet, die kein Fenster im Schlafraum benötigen. Das Haus ist insgesamt sehr hellhörig.

Die Größe der FeWo, die Ausstattung und die Lage waren super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren recht fest, aber das ist ja sehr individuell.

Prima Lage für einen Städtetrip gut geeignet

Die Lage direkt in der Altstadt ist sehr gut - alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In einem Parkhaus in der Nähe kann das Auto zu einem moderaten Preis abgestellt werden.

Das 2. Schlafzimmer liegt im Souterrain ohne Fenster. Auch die Küche ist unten, und nur über eine Treppe erreichbar.

Schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Gut ausgestattete FeWo in sehr zentraler Lage in der Altstadt. Einkausfmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeit um die Ecke im Parkhaus. Wir haben die FeWo bereits zum 3. Mal gebucht und kommen gerne wieder.

Praktisch

(FeWo Kütter) Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt - deswegen super zentral aber nicht komplett mäusestill. Die Wohnung hat ein großes Bad, eine Küche mit Esstisch, sowie ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Schlafzimmer ist zur Straße hin. Der Balkon geht zum ruhigen Hof raus und bietet Platz für 2 Personen - perfekt für den Abend oder zum Frühstück.

Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, aber keine Kaffeefilter. Der Toaster war kaputt, was wir ordnungsgemäß gemeldet haben. Er wurde zügig ausgetauscht (die Vermieter haben dafür ungefragt die Wohnung betreten und einen neuen hingestellt. Man hätte ihn auch schlicht vor die Tür stellen können). Das Klappbett im Wohnzimmer war nicht so unser Fall, aber es war praktisch. Leider kann man die Wohnung zum Schlafen nur leicht abdunkeln - das ist aber natürlich eine individuelle Vorliebe. Es gibt kein Handtuch für die Hände.

Man kann sich aufgrund des großen Wohnraumes nicht wirklich aus dem Weg gehen, da Wohnzimmer gleich Schlafzimmer aber das wussten wir ja vorher.

Zu Besuch im Ozeaneum

Stralsund ist einen Ausflug wert. Tolle Altstadt und Hafen. Wer viel Kultur mag ist hier genau richtig, es gibt viel zu sehen. Den Badestrand haben wir leider nicht gefunden. Wir hatten schönes Wetter, uns hat es gefallen.

Unsere Unterkunft befand sich in der Altstadt Mitte. Direkt an der Straße, eine Pflasterstraße. Es war uns etwas zu laut. Man konnte nicht wirklich ausschlafen.

Wir kommen definitiv nochmal wieder

Die Lage war super und die Wohnung war wirklich sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Der Balkon war perfekt für ein paar Sonnenstunden am Nachmittag/Abend

Es wäre schön gewesen wenn die Küche besser ausgestattet gewesen wäre. z.B. Backpapier und Öl hat gefehlt
