Excellent, we will come back!

The stay was absolutely GREAT! The hotel offered very friendly service, spacious and spotless rooms, and secure parking in the closed area of the hotel. The breakfast was sensational – varied, fresh products (muesli, fresh bread, bream, cheese, ham, fresh fruits) were constantly replenished, beautifully served, and everything was kept perfectly clean. The atmosphere was warm and homely, which made us feel truly comfortable. Everything exceeded expectations, and we will definitely come back!

Perfectly decent place for a stopover.

Good parking with secure gate, rooms are simple but fine. Solid, no frills hotel for a stop over.

Breakfast was a bit basic. Hard to get €9.50 out of pastry and cereal. Some stains on linen and floor, even though washed. Location is what it is, kind of in an industrial part of town, so not walkable to many restaurants etc.

Friendly hotel in good location for overnight stay before travelling onwards

Handy location just south of Rouen. Aldi & restaurants within walking distance. Also a reasonable priced restaurant at the hotel. Staff could not have been more helpful.

Room hot. No top sheet to use instead of duvet. No air-conditioning.

Great value for money and reliable staff

We arrived in the early hours of the morning and whilst there are no staff on reception at that hour, someone rang me to make sure that I was equipped with the right codes to enter the property and the building and keys were left in a very convenient place. I was also emailed the necessary information as well to make doubly sure. Staff spoke very good English so nothing was lost in translation. The hotel itself was modern and very clean. Very good value for money. We had two interconnecting rooms which was very convenient for our family. The property also allows dogs to stay which was very handy too.

Nothing was unsatisfactory - everything worked out well in the end.

Property is nice. The absolutely shocking thing was that you charged us double for a 69 euro room. Sheer profiteering and I will never touch Booking.com again.

I expected a 140 euro hotel and I got a 70 euro room.

Adequate for what we required when visiting relatives

on arrival the reception or hotel weren’t open, so we had to wait for someone to come. There was no sign on the door as to what to do or that someone was around. Not a good feeling as you don’t know if someone will be turning up & if you will have a bed for the night. a sign with instructions would be very helpful.

The manager was very helpful with local area knowledge and recommended an excellent Chinese buffet just a short walk away

The location is not conducive to bars being available nearby, very much a travelling salesman motel where people just go to sleep

Chambre propre. Personnel aimable et arrangeant. Localisation très pratique.

Arrivée de nuit, la lumière dans l'escalier s'éteint dans la seconde où elle est activée. Pas d'eau chaude le matin dans la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner assez limité, pas de bols pour les céréales, jambon surgelé collé à l'assiette. Bref, dommage car qualité accueil client améliorable.

Personnel à l'écoute et efficace, petit déjeuner de qualité, tout propre dans la chambre et correctement dressé. Pour un 2 étoiles, la qualité est très largement présente, une troisième étoile n'est pas loin selon moi.

Le chauffage de la chambre n'a pas été anticipé, il faisait un peu frais dans la chambre (~15°C, pas dramatique non plus).

Ensemble très moyen

Le lit était confortable, le parking privé très pratique.

Nous sommes arrivés en fin de soirée et avons voulu prendre une douche mais il n’y avait qu’une seule serviette pour deux… Vu l’heure, nous n’avons pas osé déranger le personnel. De plus, impossible d’avoir de l’eau chaude : l’eau était juste tiède. Pour finir, notre chambre se situait dans un couloir vraiment très bruyant. Difficile de s’endormir sans boules quies…

Eenvoudige, maar nette en schone kamer. Vriendelijk personeel en prima ontbijt. Parkeren bij het hotel op afgesloten terrein, dus veilig. Restaurant bied een twee- of driegangen keuzemenu tegen een zeer redelijke prijs.
