Perfect stay

Nice modern and clean rooms with a good bed. The shared living and dining room is a pretty addition especially when traveling with small children. They even put some toys and books in our room for our child to play with.

The breakfast was really good. The rooms were all very nicely furnished and decorated. Very nice spot for exploring most of Normandie. Good connection to downtown Rouen by Metro. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Julie was lovely, check in smooth and personable, room and bed perfect and exactly as pictured, around the corner from metro which took us straight into Rouen. Would absolutely recommend!

A Truly Outstanding Stay The atmosphere of this place is simply exceptional. You can truly feel how much heart and soul the owners have poured into creating such a beautiful and welcoming space. Every detail of the decoration reflects craftsmanship and impeccable taste. The breakfast was of the highest quality—absolutely delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We were genuinely sorry to stay only one night, as we didn't have the chance to fully enjoy the lovely shared kitchen and its facilities. They've also put together a very helpful booklet with recommendations for nearby restaurants and tips on how easily you can reach the city center by metro. All in all, just outstanding. Thank you so much for taking such great care of us. Apologies for the delay in writing this review—wishing you all the very best!

Great for an overnight stay or a base to tour

Throughly enjoyed our overnight stay. Accommodation was fantastic and very clean and comfortable, best nights sleep so far, so thank you. Lots of little extra touches were lovely and homemade cake was delicious. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. We travelled on a motorcycle so wanted something nearby for dinner and were recommended a local pizzeria which was delicious. Off street parking an advantage.

It is a bit further out so if you wanted to discover the area on foot it’s difficult. But there was a lovely park nearby to enjoy.

Great Parking and Comfortable, Contemporary Apartment

We'd visited Normandy and had an early afternoon flight out of Paris the next day, so we wanted to stage ourselves fairly close to Paris without driving into the city, so this was a perfect location. We had to leave early in the morning and the host was so good about making sure we had breakfast before we left. He even went to the patisserie to get us wonderful almond croissants. Breakfast was self-serve, but there were lots of options including eggs, yogurt, fresh squeezed orange juice, bread, cheese, ham, and lots of jams and spreads. Parking was right in front of the apartment, but off the street. It was not only convenient, but very secure. The apartment itself was very contemporary and well set up. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a nice common area as well.

A perfect place to stay within easy reach of the city.

Breakfast was enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed the fresh bread, croissants and freshly squeezed orange juice. The property is well maintained and comfortable and in easy reach of the metro which takes you into the centre of the city

Julie was the best hostess EVER!! She came out showed us where to park the car and helped us with our luggage. It was one of the best rooms and bathrooms of our trip! We loved the beautiful window that opened up to a beautiful view. Great large bathroom with an amazing huge shower. We had the best nights sleep in an amazing bed. Breakfast was just as wonderful as the bedroom and bathroom Julie listened when I was telling her I liked almond croissants. She picked one up the next morning for me. Breakfast was baguette, croissants, pan d chocolate, eggs, coffee, tea, juice, and homemade jams from her fruit trees.

Perfect!

Fantastic stay on the route back to Calais. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The hosts were brilliant supplying a lovely breakfast and they ordered a pizza delivery for our arrival after being stuck in traffic. Would definitely stay again, thank you!

Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like. The obvious thing to note is that you are not right in the centre of town but it’s a short and simple tram ride away. We did it with 2 young kids and they loved the novelty of a tram

Amazing house, amazing host!

We enjoyed everything! The room was very large, with many comforts (electric shutters were fantastic, I really loved them since I sleep in the complete dark), very clean and beautiful! Julie, the host, is amazing!!!!! So kind and available, she made available for our little girl some toys in the room…the breakfast was delicious and you can also use the kitchen for yourself. Then, the house is located closed to the metro (5 min walking) and you can arrive in Rouen city centre in 10 minutes. Really recommended! Thanks Julie ❤️

Very clean, very handy for the metro and the hosts were fantastic. Breakfast was amazing. Well worth a visit if staying for a few days or a great place to stay for a few days. We were three adults and there was plenty of room.

Cozy, family-friendly B&B

Everything was perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance from the metro to get to the city center within 20 minutes. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and a crib set up for our toddler (requested in advance). Very family friendly overall with some toys and books available and toddler-friendly plate and cutlery at breakfast. Breakfast was also really good.

Amazing stay, fabulous host!

Simply one of the best places we have stayed! Our room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Very modern and comfortable. Julie is a fabulous host and even asked what our preferred choice of breakfast pastries were which were laid out for us the next morning. Brilliant location on the outskirts of Rouen, we used the tram which is a 5 minute walk from the house to get into central Rouen as recommended by Julie. Much easier than driving. Would highly recommend this beautiful house and will be our first choice when going back to Rouen.
