Fab overall we will recommend and stay again for sure

Location and very dog friendly. Despite being a dog owner I think it was good that you could eat in the main area with your dog or without your dog in the restaurant. Was very modern. The food was delicious - we had chicken satay and a pizza. Liked that there was a separate bathroom from the toilet.

The flooring was really noisy in the bedroom with dogs.

The place is very clean and tidy. Provides good value for money. The staff is friendly and available for any question, request for help or problem. The breakfast is wonderful!

The location. Far from the center. As part of our trip we rented a car. Without a car it would have been less convenient and even impossible to travel in the Normandy area. I assume there is public transportation.

Really no good value for my money I am afraid

So so. Bedroom badly designed Ceiling flight too far down by side of bed. Kept hitting my head on it Lift out of action one morning. No warning no signposting Could not leave hotel on departure day for one hour. Stuck in car park because mini marathon going by. No warning from hotel no signposting in hotel warning clients to leave by a certain time if necessary We had a ferry to catch in Calais and were quite concerned. This is appalling management from ibis styles The bar man was rude and did not seem to be able to cope.

Property is run by a bunch of inexperienced staff which makes the whole set up rather unpleasant. When we arrived I had to say Bonjour as 3 of them at the desk just looked at us and did not ask any questions

Quiet Comfortable Hotel at a Good Price

Great modern hotel with an excellent breakfast and quiet comfortable rooms at a very competitive price. Whilst some way out of the historic centre there is an excellent bus service with a stop near by that gets you in very quickly. The parking is secure and easily accessible and reasonably priced.

Ok for 1 night to visit the city

Pets allowed (EUR 10/n) secured parking (EUR 8/n), busstop in a few hundred meters directly into Rouen City Center (weekends free of charge).

Hotel was fully booked and staff struggled during breakfast. Two hotel formulas under one roof: Budget and Styles. Apart from the ground floor level, the room felt as a budget room.

Staff were very helpful, modern hotel, liked that there was a separate toilet in the room, good quiet airco

Airco was controlled centrally so you had to go to reception to ask them to turn temperature up or down

Great overnight stay

The breakfast buffet was varied and well supplied. The fact I was possible to take a tray upstairs to my room to not leave my dog alone in the room was a great bonus. The location is good, and the large parking is a great option. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with their dogs or pets altogether
