Reasonable option to stay if you travel by car (too far away from Hamburg city centre)

Nice hotel option to stop by if you are traveling by car. We booked a 4 room and the same was very well sized, accommodating us all just fine. We arrived very late (1:30 AM) and thanks to the ability to do the check-in ourselves, we could still have a place to sleep :)

The cleaning of the room was not done properly, we found a diaper on the back of one of the heaters, this is just disgusting :(

Almost all good.

We came late night and room was soooo cold. We asked for baby cots - unfortunately they were not available, at the same time we did not receive any extra pillows when sleeping with small children in one bed.

The staff was very friendly and nice to chat with. It was clean.

The pressure in the shower was very low. Windows view limited by another building attached to the hotel so could only see cement when looking out but on the other hand it made it very private.

Das Hotel war bei unserer Ankunft geschlossen, es gab zwar im Schwesterhotel die gebuchten Zimmer, aber zuvor keinerlei Hinweis darauf. Außerdem war unter der an der Tür angebrachten Telefonnummer nur ein Anrufbeantworter, die Nummer unter Booking.com führte uns zum Schwesterhotel, wo wir dann unter kamen.

Eher nicht nochmal

Es war ein sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Nettes Personal.

Es gab keine Möglichkeit jemanden im Hotel zu erreichen, vermutlich war die Nummer nicht mehr aktuell. Per E-Mail kam auch keine Reaktion. Sehr abgelegen, ohne Auto war es eine lange Fahrt ins Zentrum. Sehr hellhörig, wir hatten leider sehr laute Zimmernachbarn und bekamen dadurch kaum Schlaf.

Gute Unterkunft für einen Wochenend-Trip

Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer mit guten Betten. Alles war sauber und in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, alles da was man für einen guten Start in den Tag braucht. Da das Hotel ab unserem Abreisetag Betriebsferien macht wurde dafür gesorgt dass wir im Partnerhotel ganz in der Nähe frühstücken konnten.

Dieses Zimmer kann eigentlich nur im Sommer vermietet werden. Wir werden dort nicht wieder übernachten.

Zimmer und Bad sehr groß, abgewohnt. Bett und Parkplatz super.

Zimmer und Bad waren bei Ankunft eiskalt. Bad konnte nur mit einer kleinen elektrischen Heizung betrieben werden, da die Orginalheizung entfernt wurde und alles Außenwände sind.

Gute Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip

Das Zimmer war einfach, aber völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, lediglich Bäckerbrötchen hätten wir uns gewünscht. Der Bahnhof ist gut fußläufig zu erreichen, so das man schnell in Lüneburg und Hamburg sein kann.
