We were passing Hamburg and needing an overnight stopover, and the hotel was perfect. Huge amount of parking, near to the motor, excellent and clean room, very good food, reasonably priced given the above points. Will definitely stay there again. Also breakfast was very good.

Perfect hotel for my needs - close to the S bahn, bus stop outside.
Reception staff were very helpful, polite and spoke great English - a bonus as my German is not great!
Room was light and airy, with a balcony and great views.
The bed was comfortable, and the room facilities were excellent - complimentary water, tea and coffee. Air conditioning easily controlled and in the bathroom - plenty of towels, etc. Added touches like the robes and slippers were great.
We had a great stay and would return again.

Es un buen Hotel de 4 estrellas. La foto con personal esperando a la entrada, no existe. No hay nadie que ayude con las maletas, es una Recepción como en cualquier otro Hotel. Lo más lamentable son las duchas, que están instaladas en el costado de la tina de baño, por lo que el agua choca contra el vidrio y, se inunda el baño. Aparte de eso, personal muy agradable y atento. Tiene movilización frente a la puerta del Hotel, el Bus 142 deja en la entrada del Metro para ir al centro, el que está a media hora app. Hay un par de Restaurantes a unas 6 o 7 cuadras. El desayuno es bueno, pero creo que demasiado caro en comparación con todos los Hoteles de la misma categoría. Veníamos de un viaje por Oslo, Gotemburgo, Copenhague y en todos tuvimos excelentes desayunos buffet a menor precio.
