A very good value, basic stay in this fantastic city.

A simple, good value place to stay for our visit to Hamburg. We had a car, so needed somewhere to park. There was a good bus service to Wilhelmsburg station from where it was a short train ride into the centre of town. All very convenient. The shower pressure was really fantastic - lovely way to wake up. We also asked our host if we could check out half an hour later when we left, and that wasn't a problem.

The property is feeling a little dated. We didn't mind this at all. The only thing which was a little worrying was the shower door, which felt like it might fall off - whichever way we tried to close or open it! One thing to bear in mind (and this is stated on Booking.com) is that there is no breakfast available. But there were lits of options at the train station.

I am very satisfied with my stay

I arrived very late in the evening but was very fast contacted by the staff and informed on how to get into my room. The room itself was very big and clean, very comfortable bed.

At first glance, it was tricky to find the hotel.

Affordable accommodation on suburban Hamburg location

Large room in a detached premises on the site of the main restaurant, with free on-site parking outside. Location is quiet and about 15 minutes drive from centre of Hamburg, so this accommodation works if you have transport and are happy to swap being central for a more affordable option. Restaurant is only open in the late afternoon / evening, so you have to look for breakfast elsewhere.

Good

There was free parking and the prices were quite reasonable for Hamburg. It was close to the bus stop and from there only a few stops to the tram with a direct connection to the city centre.

There was no carpet on the floor and there was only one pillow on the bed and it was very thin. There was a bar situated directly opposite my room and so it was very loud in the evenings. It took about 45 minutes to get to the harbour after travelling by bus, tram and using the underground.

Sehr runtergekommen, muss dringend renoviert werden: Waschbecken und Toilette haben Sprünge, Fußleisten hängen schief, Bodenbelag verfärbt, Stuhlposter schmutzig. WLAN-Verbindung war möglich, aber Internet war nicht erreichbar, Vermieter reagierte auf Reklamation nicht, Nachttischlampen haben Akkubetrieb, aber Akkus waren leer und Ladekabel gab es nicht, Gardinenröllchen waren zur Hälfte aus der Schiene gezogen, Gardine hing auf Halbmast, nachlässiger Service, Restaurant dauerhaft geschlossen.

Nichts Die Kommunikation war gut bezüglich Fragen im rahmen der Buchung

Es hat stark gestunken in dem Zimmer. Die Einrichtung war aus den 60er Jahren. Die Betten waren grausam vom Komfort her. Der Fernseher lief kaum, den hätte man dazu buchen müssen um mehr sehen zu können als die öffentlich rechtlichen Sender, das wurde vorher nicht gesagt. Es war super hellhörig, man hat jeden Schritt und Tür gehört von den anderen Parteien

Ruhe ,liegt abgelegen am Rand von Hamburg Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe

Habe über mehrere Stunden versucht den Vermieter telefonisch zu erreichen,das Restaurant wird nicht mehr betrieben das hotel läuft noch der Schlüssel lag auf dem Fensterbrett das Bild davor zeigt den Weg dorthin an der Bowlingbahn rechts vom Haus vorbei durch den Rosenbogen

schöne Lage, aber sehr abgewohnte Einrichtung

Das Hotel liegt am Stadtrand von Hamburg mit viel Grün und in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße.

Das Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir stellen keine großen Ansprüche an unsere Quartiere, aber hier waren wir doch ein wenig schockiert. Der maritim-rustikale Stil hätte durchaus seinen Reiz. Wir hatten Zimmer 12, und es war so einiges kaputt (siehe Fotos). Wenn die Schäden repariert würden und ein bißchen frische Farbe auf die Möbel käme, wäre es ein schönes Zimmer. Leider funktionierte das WLAN trotz mehrfachen Neustarts durch den Chef an allen vier Tagen nicht. Das in der Beschreibung erwähnte Gasthaus - einer unserer Gründe für die Wahl dieser Unterkunft - gibt es inzwischen auch nicht mehr. Schade. Bei dem abgewohnten Zustand der Möbel ist der Preis für das Zimmer auch nicht gerechtfertigt.

Sehr enttäuscht

Die Matratze und das Bett waren super. Es war ruhig gelegen

Sofa völlig veraltet so dass das Material abgeht beim sitzen und an der Kleidung klebt, keine Möglichkeit irgendwas zu kühlen obwohl es kein Frühstück gibt, Schimmel in der Dusche, Duschwand defekt da wurde einfach nur ein Duschvorhang davor gemacht, kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, um 10 Uhr geweckt worden weil jemand putzen wollte (kein Schild vor Ort um das zu verhindern), Fernseher mit wackelndem Bild (schlechter Empfang) und alle Sender außer Arte und ZDF nicht verfügbar (Lizens abgelaufen stand da), kein WLAN oder keine Info darüber. Alles in allem in die Jahre gekommen, abgewohnt und total lieblos

Guter Service im Vorfeld, Schlüssel wurde wie zugesagt hinterlegt und an unserem zeitlichen Plan in Hamburg perfekt angepasst. Herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür.

Gute Lage, leider kein Wlan und keine Ansprechsperson vor Ort

Ruhige Lage in der Nähe von Park, keine zusätzlichen Gebühren für den Hund, grosszügiges Zimmer, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Hamburg

Kein Wlan (Passwort unbekannt), konnte schriftlich niemanden erreichen, unpersönlich (keine Ansprechsperson vor Ort bei Check-In und Check-Out, nur ggf telefonisch erreichbar), viel Staub hinter dem Bett, hellhörig (wobei die meisten rücksichtsvoll waren)

Das anliegende Restaurant sehr lecker & der junge Kellner super freundlich.

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer im Januar wo in 2 die Heizung nicht ging in denn 3 war das Bad voller Schimmel und Rückständen von denn Vorgängern haare am Boden Zahnpasta an der Dusche und Spiegel, Wasser Rückstände am duschkopf und sehr viele kleine Mitbewohner egal ob in Wohnraum oder Bad die es sich dort schon seit einiger Zeit bequem gemacht haben.
