Quirky, fun hotel in a nice location within walking distance of the historic centre.

The pillows were too thin. Would have liked an iron too.

Location is excellent both for harbour and inner city, all in walking distance. The building is lovely, very relaxed vibe, excellent bar and restaurant. Nice touch that minibar is included. Loved the photography in the hallways.

Would have liked to have a coffee in the room, having said that the lovely restaurant manager gave me one for free. Our air con was not working, but we just opened the window and I forgot to mention it on check out!

Good location and quirky decor with friendly staff.

AC in room didn't work so we were moved to another room which was allegedly the same size but felt much smaller, probably because of the strange room layout. Even the working AC wasn't very good due to it only working when it was above a certain temperature outside. Whilst this was obviously an environmental policy we had to open the windows to avoid sweating all night. The sauna is in the sister hotel close by. The tea/coffee was never replenished.

Location of the hotel is great. Complimentary items in mini fridge. Big size room that we paid for. Good bed.

Managenent has much room for improvement. Receptionists do not have correct knowledge of their parking facility. Housejeeping timing was extremely poor. We agreed to skip one day of housekeeping to plant a tree, yet wimdow cleaners came while we were in the room. Another day when housejeeping ought to come, they didn't till we were back in room at 3pm and we chased. Then on the day we were checking out, housekeeping came knocking early on Saturday morning not once, but twice! Management, please improve. Hotel room, restaurant's toilets, elevator... all way too dark with minimal lighting. A better balance is necessary between looking-hip and functionality. Example, Chic old style phone inside room. Again dark surroundings, need to hold up phone to find and read the recepten number at the base of phone before dailing. Hotel's layout is an escape room but that we accept it is a challenge when converting an old building to a new hotel life.
