It was a good hotel to rest at with friends for one evening.

The location was in a calmer part of town. It's located pretty close to the train station at Hamburg-Harburg. The underground car park is a little tight, but nice to have a safe place to park your car.

Good comfortable stay but disastrous breakfast

I have stayed at this hotel several times as it is a good stop-over on a long car travel. Staf is friendly, everything works well. Parking is convenient. My dog is welcomed and facilities are pleasant.

THE BREAKFAST! I can compare with previous stays at this hotel and they despereately need to implement some changes. There were three, maybe four different types of what looked like meat balls. No signs! How can guests know what they eat? The eggs were closer to a quiche than to scrambled eggs and unimpressive in taste. I hope this will be changed for next time I come.

A bit disappointed because the hotel restaurant was unexpectedly closed. Further, there are not a lot of restaurants close by. Underground parking with a limited number of places...

It was okey. A bit pricy. Comfy beds but the pillows were to flat/worn out. Clean and fresh room.

A bit further out from the city than i expected. But the beds were hard, as i like it and it was fresh.

Pillows were extremely flat. And just one pillow per bed. Even if i stayed alone and used both pillows it was still to flat.

Needs more staff. And dont answer phones when you are with an customer at front desk. Clean the carpets, and change the soap.

Back to the 80s with turquoise carpets

What you see in photos is what you get. Very big and spacious rooms. The Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was clean but...

The hotel surely needs a renovation in the rooms. When entering the room it feels like going back in time - the turquoise carpets, furnitures and overall atmosphere brings you back to the 80s. The bathroom also feels like it was installed 3 decades ago and were forgetten. It was sure clean but the room was not inviting as I would like it to be.

Polecam jako dobrą lokalizację żeby zwiedzić centrum Hamburga, transport publiczny świetny.

Śniadania były urozmaicone i bardzo smaczne. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra ze względu na bliskość przystanku S-ban.

To że przy recepcji praktycznie nikogo nie było.

Ein gutes Hotel, was ich jederzeit wieder ohne Frühstück buchen würde.

Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen und hat eine Tiefgarage.

Für 18 € pro Person war das Frühstück völlig überteuert. Es gab noch nicht mal gebratenen Speck. In den Zimmern ist ungewöhnlich. Über dem Bett ist ein Streifen kalt weißes Licht, wenn man diese Lampen ausmacht, ist es im Zimmer relativ dunkel.

Zentrale Lage im Harburger Zentrum, nur wenige Schritte vom S-Bhf. entfernt. Direkter Zugang bzw. Aufzug von der Tiefgarage in die Lobby bzw. zu den Zimmern. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Nicht nochmal…an Urlaub und Erholung war nicht zu denken

Die Lage war sehr praktisch, gute Anbindung

Super laut und hellhörig. Wir sind eine Nacht eher abgereist, da an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Falsches zu kleines Zimmer bekommen, keine Kostenerstattung. Weder für das falsche Zimmer noch für das nicht benötigte Frühstück für 4 Personen. Alles kostet extra. 1
