- Friendly staff.
- Excellent concierge service.
- Amazing breakfast buffet with great breakfast machines.
- Nice new building with a comforting design and color theme.
- Absolutely unreasonable to charge paying hotel guests 25 euros/day for parking. Remove the charge, or at least reduce it to a minimal symbolic amount.
- Unacceptable to have hotel staff that doesn't speak English.
- Missing hairdryer in room.
- The cleaning staff didn't vacuum clean the room during the stay.

Ganz neues Hotel in bewährter niu-Ausstattung direkt in Harburg, erst wenige Tage eröffnet, sehr freundliches Personal, bequeme Betten in maritimen Ambiente. Es war alles da, was wir wollten.
Baustellenflair war noch etwas vorhanden, fanden wir aber sympathisch, weil als einer der ersten Gäste übernachten zu dürfen, ist ja auch was Besonderes.
