Decent location but it was dirty.

The location was good and the food was decent.

Pool is tiny. Room was dirty, there was sand everywhere and there were signs of mould in the art on the wall. The blankets looked like they have dirt on them in places and the towels did too.

Can’t recommend.

The location was close to the beach and the staff was friendly.

The rooms were very dirty, on our bed were stains, once we removed the day blanket, sesame seeds fell out. The floor was sticky. On the handle of the fridge we’re old pieces of food (raisins?). The breakfast very simple, the room in which the breakfast was held was cold and unfriendly.

Very poor

The property is relatively well located being about a 5 minute walk to Copacabana. The breakfast is decent.

Rock in Rio was on when we stayed so it was extremely overpriced. The cleanliness of the room was lacking. I don’t know if the bed sheets were just old or if they were actually dirty but I slept outside of them for my entire stay. The gym/pool area is poor.

Not worth the money - last resort

the staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly

for the cost, the hotel was terrible! I understand it was a busy weekend with Rock in Rio, hence the price but the rooms were very outdated in decor, no SMART TV (only one english speaking channel, so I relied on SMART TV), breakfast was basic to terrible.

General cleanliness of property leaves much to be desired. Elevators are filthy, room had strands of hair all over, bedding had stains. Gym had exposed wire and not working equipment. Sauna was not working and sauna area shower was filthy.

One of the worsest Hotel in Rio

Just the check-out

Breakfast: Plates dirty! Realy small breakfast, there was even not enough bread and scrumbling eggs. Hotel: Missing a lot of maintenance. GYM: Uncleaned 4 old machines Reception: Stuffer arrogant lieers. The 2-Star Hotel IBIS Budget on the corner is even better. I checked out earlier, I still miss my money. The desk said first we have already paid it back. Now they do not more answer to my emails. Good luck I paid by card.

Breakfast girls staff is very friendly and professional. They have to work hard to attend demand more than capacity . Hotel should recconnize it

Hotel en mauvaise état et très sale .

Ríen du tout ! S’ s’était un séjour de 3 nuits auxquelles Ils ont d’abord chargé ma carte la première nuit ensuite au check in ils m’ont tout rechargé de nouveau avec l’ argument que booking allait me rembourser le jour suivant et jusqu’à présent je n’ ai toujours rien reçu sur ma carte .

Hotel en carence de propreté tout est très sale les vêtements de lit en tres mauvaise état . Le lit en soit est très abîmé . Lit très inconfortable et les chambres sont exagérément bruyant sans isolement on entend l’ ascenseur tout le temps ainsi que le gens qui passent dans les couloirs . Cet endroit n’ a rien d’ un hôtel 4 étoiles .

Hotel ist sehr veraltet. Es lagen Haare auf dem Boden, die Bettdecke war mit Lippenstift verschmutzt, die Teller in der Frühstückshalle teilweise noch dreckig und aus Plastik, Sitze in der Frühstückshalle dreckig und alt.

La limpieza no era buena , no funcionaban bien los aires acondicionados , la zona de Copacabana tampoco es la más linda , buscaría otra opción

Solo destacaría la buena atención y amable del botones del hotel.

Escasa limpieza de la sabanas y demás en la habitación, además del desayuno tenia alimentos de mala calidad y poca higiene, algunos incluso parecían estar vencidos o fermentados.

Decepcionante, mesmo que por uma noite

No geral a experiência foi bem decepcionante. Para não dizer que não falei das flores, a cama era confortável e o concierge Ricardo foi muito gentil (a única pessoa do hotel que foi).

Tive uma péssima experiência nesse hotel, e olha que fiquei apenas uma noite. Fui em três pessoas: eu e uma amiga estávamos em um quarto e uma outra amiga sozinha em outro. Todas fizeram a reserva no mesmo dia e pagaram o mesmo valor, mas por algum motivo a minha reserva constava que seria para uma pessoa, e quiseram me cobrar mais quase o preço de uma nova diária para que a minha amiga ficasse no mesmo quarto. O atendente foi zero solícito em ajudar, e ficava me empurrando para a central da booking. No fim a resolução foi trocar de quarto com a outra amiga, que tendo reservado no mesmo dia e pagado o mesmo preço, tinha recebido um e-mail informando reserva para duas pessoas. Nós chegamos às 9h e não foi possível fazer um early check-in (o que por si não é um problema) e ficamos na recepção do hotel trabalhando na parte da manhã. Eu precisei fazer uma reunião e pedi gentilmente ao gerente Carlos se poderia abaixar um pouco a televisão: cara feira e nariz torcido. Daí nós decidimos sair para almoçar e solicitamos que guardassem as nossas malas. Foi cobrada uma taxa de R$ 10 por mala. Honestamente, taxa para guardar mala? Sendo que estou hospedada no hotel? Já fiquei hospedada em diferentes níveis de hotéis, dos mais simples aos mais sofisticados, e nunca me cobraram para guardar a mala por uma ou duas horas. Me senti bastante lesada e pagamos a contragosto. Subimos ao quarto e quando voltamos à noite, a porta não abria. Parece que o quarto estava com problema na fechadura e teve que ser aberta com a geral. O café da manhã fraquinho. Tinha pizza e calabresa que parecia ter sobrado da noite anterior. Graças a deus fomos embora cedo no dia seguinte.

A educação dos funcionários foi pessima , como também o fato de terem cobrado o valor de 10 reais para guardar malas por 3 horas, sendo que isto não é uma prática na maioria dos hotéis. Muito pelo contrário, este serviço geralmente esta como cortesia.
